Starbucks — Restaurant in Toronto

The worst Starbucks you can have. I was surprised that they hired barista that have no knowledge about the drinks. I order Matcha Latte with cream on the top and I told them twice that I want milk inside it. When I receive my drink, 90% of it was ice, no milk, and just a little bit cream on the top. I saw the whole process but I didn’t say anything because this problem totally come from the training process. They even used the wrong lid for the drink. I used to be a barista so I know how it should look like. 6$ for a cup with some matcha powder, water, a lot of ice and a little bit cream on the top??? I was so disappointed!!! Have this drink many times in other starbucks location but I never have this problem before. Poor quality make the brand cheaper than ever! Never come back. By the way, They wrote my name wrong, What is the purpose of writing people name when you can not do it correct? I even spelled it...

First, it took too long to get my drink, as usual. Second, they don’t fill the drinks all the way to the top. The people working at this location are lovely and make the overall experience enjoyable!
