Update: its unbelievable how one employee sullies a reputation of a store..anushree thinks she knows everything by telling me I can't substitute cream for milk for my mocha latte..she gave me all the excuses meanwhile I asked one of her colleagues why that is a problem and she agreed that it shouldn't be a problem..but anushree still presist that she cannot do it..I don't know what her position is in that store but she definitely needs a whole lot of training in customer service as she is very disappointing and thr worst person to deal with..no compromise at all whatsoever...and since this store location is getting worse as the time goes, i will just report this straight to Head office..
Worse management and employees here..rude and all condescending..no manners at all..I will be taking my complain to the HQ as complaining to another manager doesn't seem to work as I can tell from all low reviews...manpreet or if that's even her name tells me she's the manager and has the worse attitude and very bad example for her employees..please fire this person...
Read moreI visited this Tim Hortons location today and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. I had to wait over five minutes, despite the store not being busy. During this time, I observed several staff members goofing around and chatting amongst themselves, which only contributed to the delay.
The service I received from the Indian woman staff member who took my order was unprofessional and disrespectful. She seemed uninterested and her attitude was frankly dismissive. To top it off, I ordered an Ice Cappuccino, but what I received was nothing like what I expected—pale, poorly made, and completely lacking the flavor of a proper Ice Cappuccino.
Additionally, the behaviour of another staff member, a white man working in the morning, was rude and unhelpful, which left a bad impression. This experience has completely turned me off from returning to Tim Hortons. It's disheartening to see such poor customer service, and it reflects badly on the brand.
I will not be returning to this location, nor will I be visiting any Tim Hortons...
Read moreToday is 4th of Sep around 3 to 3:17pm. I order the medium ice cap, the ice cap came out too watering so i request the casher to re do. The young girl serving was staring at me, then the casher pick my ice cap and re-input into machine. Its still watering again.
I requested my refund and they request manager to come out. I told the manager that they did my ice cap too watering and they even not try to re-do a new one. They just take a old one and put in machine again with the same result as in the initial.
The manager was polite and re do a new one for me while the YOUNG GIRL WORKER is jeerking me by dragged a half smile of her lips.
This YOUNG GIRL WORKER IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UN-EDUCATED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS.
The new ice cap came out by Manager was good so i took it
I hope the owner can see this feedback and check the camera to see her un-accepted of attitude...
