Bunch of jokers running the store!! I ordered online for a store pickup at 9.22pm on Apr 30. Arrived 10 mins before scheduled pickup, the cashier said it will take 5 mins. Paid and I was waiting, I could see the pizza was ready however there was a chaos between the cashier and the kitchen stuff, they were speaking in Hindi and clearly seemed there was a mix up between the order takers and kitchen stuff, they kept pizza on a size table. After 20 mins my order was still in kitchen as per him. Finally he packs the same pizza which was sitting on the side counter for 20-25 mins. I informed if this was my order why was it sitting for long. I wanted a fresh pizza from the oven and not a cold, sitting open. He ordered a replacement and I kept waiting for another 15 mins, my side orders were sitting for the entire time. When my pizza was ready, I informed I wont be taking the fries and garlic bread (Of course they were cold by now) and wanted the pizza and dip. He wont cancel the order from the bill and processed my refund without the taxes for the 2 items. All this time I noticed he was brushing his hair with his bare hands, touching his face, tucking his over grown hair, touching the food, no food handling basic hygiene being maintained . When asked why will he not refund the taxes, his response I cant. I cancelled my entire order and got a full refund wasting 50 mins in the store. I wanted to bring his casual customer service experience to the store manager. In his usual casual attitude, he replies store manager is in India!!! He lacks basic training to deal with customer, shameless and casual attitude, unhygienic food handling, casually taking phone calls on his personal phone speaking in his regional language while in the counter. Why am writing this long review. Franchises run by international student is always a hit and miss experience. I just want the store management team to know how the store is...
Read moreI wanted to treat my partner to a nice sit down meal of pizza. I recently moved to this neighbourhood and hadn't been to the Pizza Hut located at Don Mills and Finch.
That evening my partner ordered a pasta, I ordered some garlic bread and your largest pizza with some meat, extra cheese and stuffed crust.
The pasta came, apparently it was wonderful. I also enjoyed my garlic bread. I ate two slices of the pizza, which even while famished felt very soft and doughy, my girlfriend had a slice while I was eating my third piece and she made comment about how under cooked it was. I held it in my hand and watched it droop between my fingers creating a hanging M-like shape. We didn't see our server again until we were ready to go.
I asked for the bill, I also commented on the pizza. She said she was going to speak with the assistant manager, I offered to come to the front as to not cause a scene in the restaurant.
When the server explained the mishap to the assistant manager, the dirty looks I received... finally resulting in the assistant manager quietly saying, "take 25% off off the cost of the pizza".
I had enough, I responded, "How about 50%. Afterall, I left you more than half that pizza on the table and I don't want it." She quickly accepted my retort and approved my request to the server who rang up my total. I paid and still left a $7 tip. The assistant manager then demanded my phone number, as if it was really necessary to make me available for the manager/owner, I said to her, "As a matter of fact, that's a great idea. Please have your manager call me when he is available."

I ordered a large pizza of 12 slices but they we’re less than 12, some slices were cut into two to make the pizza seem like it had 12 slices They completely disregarded my concern when I called, then out of pity promised to send me a small pizza. 20 minutes later I received a called back to say that their “management does not approve”.. I had a gathering where I thought the LARGE PIZZA OF 12 slices would be enough, and I was embarrassed because it wasnt real 12 slices or what they advertised so I ended up taking my guests to buy food else where.
They cheap out on their toppings and the pizza was extremely greasy!!
Horrible customer service, when I spoke with the “shift manager” she was dismissive and told me she needs to hang up because I’m wasting her time and there’s no point in the conversation.. they are poorly managed and this location gives the PIZZA HUT brand a very bad rep!
The worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered or came across. Waste of my time and money.....
