The donuts that I have eaten here at Tim Horton's is as good as many other places - fast food or otherwise. Some might boast that they're the best, but you can't really screw up a donut. Or can you? I suspect that Tim Horton's probably gets their inventory from a third party supplier and just resells them. I could be wrong, but if they make their own, they're decently good donut / pastry makers. I'm glad that this Tim Horton's is nestled away in this part of downtown, mainly because it's off the beaten path and very much less lines. Regardless of what brings you to Tim Horton's, best bet you would come here for the coffee and the options that they serve. While the menu is kind of limited, it's usually good for those who are already on the go, primarily business executives and others who have business within the downtown area (i.e. Tourists and locals).    Read moreI am student at Seneca I went to take small coffee at Timâs in A building and I just asked the lady to stir my coffee well just because always the sugar resides at the bottom SOMETIMES and she said we always stir when we put sugar. And I just said kindly stir it well for me please and she raises her brows and says SOMETIMES and makes us feel like we asked her something huge. What kind of customer service is this. She just spoiled my day. If you donât want to work then just say that sorry I donât want to work why spoiling people mood by giving unnecessary reactions. And this has not happened once. I went near 1 pm on this day and I want the management to please check on this. Coz this is not what we are paying for. We are paying for good coffee please deliver us that we donât need your reactions...
Read moreThe location in A building really doesnât want to make bagels 30 mins before they close. I asked for a bagel and they lied to me saying they donât have any bagels..they are in the glass case. Then they say the toaster doesnât work I say that thatâs fine I donât need it toasted just with cream cheese. Then they say no cream cheese available. If you donât want to serve food 30 mins before close hide the food thatâs on display so you donât look like liars. I come to campus hoping I can enjoy food while I study but this location doesnât provide that service. I pay tuition to Seneca so that I canât buy food when itâs convenient instead I have to travel between buildings to get...
