Starbucks — Restaurant in Toronto

Edited: I was served by Autumn yesterday and they were amazing! They recommended a drink they like themselves, an espresso Americano made with oat milk, 3 pumps of brown sugar syrup sprinkled with cinnamon...amazing!!! It was delicious and so was their customer service! They were friendly and personable as was Maria who made my coffee. She was super friendly as always and she's a fantastic barrista who is quick and efficient. Great job once again to both! This is my favorite Starbucks location in Toronto and all because of the customer service. Leila and Jin are amazing barristas and have incredible customer service skills. Leila always has a smile on her face and always asks how I am, and she makes a point of remembering the names of the regulars. Jin always smiles also and always asks how my day is going. These two ladies are fantastic at their job, and they make my daily visit to Starbucks a pleasure. The rest of the staff are great, also, I cannot fault this place for service and coffee! This is a good location! Normally moves pretty quickly, consistent, usually friendly staff.

There have been lots of staff changes and some of the new people are rather rude - Bailey (I believe) was rude to me asking questions when I ordered to the point that I wondered it she wanted to embarrass me, argues with customers, and argues with her coworkers. A few times now when I've come in I've watched her snap at her coworkers and I'm assuming the manager, who is asking her to do regular job tasks. Unpleasant girl!

Besides that, I like this place, I live in the neighbourhood so I'm a regular, and I come back again and again. Drinks are consistent and they handle a crowd well. Just unfortuante to see the switch from some good staff...

Visited during Toronto Pride, on the Sunday. Service was amazing. Staff was friendly and motivated. Everything was clean and stayed that way. They really and truly staffed up properly for the event. Washroom was open to public, even non customers. Lines were well managed and marked. Free water was available self serve. Manager and host were available to direct guests and patrons. Everyone had their SpongeBob turned up to eleven. Thanks all. This location was the Whipped cream on top of our lovely day, and our child's first Pride Experience. You helped make it magical. Peace...
