The curry was okay. It was $9.99 so you pay for what you get.
Firstly, the best thing was actually the free ebi furai for leaving a 5-star review (likely why the shop has a 4.9 rating, cos most don't bother changing it). The ebi furai was honestly REALLY GOOD tho, 5/5!
The chicken curry itself (doesn't include the karaage) was nothing extraordinary, but at least it's not instant curry (I hope lol). Portion size was quite a lot and filling, probably because they gave A LOT of rice with some edamame (lightly seasoned) and corn. It had chunks of chicken thigh that were soft and juicy.

It's a classical Japanese hearty dish that has dropped away the usual apple taste you find in the packaged variety. Much more authentic to a restaurant curry, with softened stewed chicken and the gambit of stewed vegetables. Consistently whenever I have Japanese curry I find its possibly the most filling thing known to mankind and this iteration remains true to that. So if you're looking for a amazing curry spot in T.O. and dont want to eat for the next 6 hours because you are satiated this...
