Came for Sunday lunch with a large group (~14). You order and pay at the counter and they bring your meal to you. Service was friendly but they're a small operation (only two people working when we went), so it took quite some time to order and for food to come out. Their ordering system didn't seem the most intuitive which led to some confusion/disorganization over our orders. They were apologetic and brought out some complimentary fries though, which was a nice gesture. That said, food is pretty decent! I got the adana kebab with garden salad and bulgur pilaf. The kebab was juicy and well-seasoned, and portions are quite big overall. However, not a place that I'm eager to rush back to. 3.5/5

Update 2022: Be cautious about believing any of the 5 star reviews. Half of the people doing reviews have the same last name and only a handful of previous reviews before this one. 🤔 Original review: The doner box tasted decent enough, but the portions were a quite chincey. WAY over priced. The tulumba was a joke. Absolutely soggy and dripping with oil as you bite into it. What you see in the pictures is a large doner box for $17 and 4 tiny pieces of tulumba $3.50. This should be a $10 meal, not $20. And not very satisfying either. I have a strong suspicion that a lot of the 5 star reviews for this restaurant are the friends, family and staff of the business.

Located where Ziba shortly lived. I was tired and hungry from a full day of errands and went in for a take out dinner. Ordered the small Doner Box with lettuce, onion rings, spicy chicken and tzatziki sauce along with a mighty fine Ayran yogurt drink. The food is delicious and plentiful. The heat was enough to clear my sinuses...helpful after a day out in the Toronto air...and the yogurt drink was refreshing although one must be careful, it's packed with salt. The Staff was courteous and pleasant. The floor needed a good mopping.

I ordered from Amor because they had a BOGO promotion on UberEats, and wanted to try something new.

Upon receiving my food, I was a visually disappointed. I wish they had more photos!

For the "Lamb Kebobs," I was expecting just kebabs wrapped in foil, but got 2 skinny kebabs on a bed of yellow rice, with a side of salad in a box. I posted a picture on Instagram and several of my friends gave me laugh reacts. Despite looking plain and dry, the rice was surprisingly flavourful with a mild citrus taste. The ends of the kebab were dried out and hard, but most of it was alright. The 2 kebabs were pretty small, especially since they're hollow from the skewer they're cooked on. That being said, I feel like $16+tax, tip, delivery was majorly overpriced for what you get.

Classic Lahmacun - pretty good, but I wish the filling had more spices to make it stand out more as a unique dish. I mostly just tasted spiciness and no other flavour. Dipping it in the yogurt sauce made it much tastier, but this item did not stand out to me as unique and worth purchasing again.

Chicken Doner Box - the best item overall of the 3 reviewed. The chicken was well seasoned/marinated. I loved all the sauces that came on top, which were called Amor doner sauce and Amor hot sauce on UberEats. If the Lamb Kebob box had these 2 sauces, even on the side as an option, it would have been much much better. I got my chicken doner box with onion rings as the base. It was a good portion of basic tasty onion rings, but very oily. Many of the onion rings were also soggy since the chicken and sauce was put on top.

Overall, I would not eat here again as I feel like you could get better food from this area for less, and nothing was unique or memorable. I don't even understand where the...

Me and my partner ordered from the new Queen street location and this is the description of our experience:

  1. The falafel was burnt and nearly flavourless other than the sauce.
  2. The couscous was flavourless
  3. The veg was just... disappointing.
  4. The halloumi in the halloumi sandwich didn't seem like halloumi at all. It had a mozzarella taste, was not fried in the slightest, and showed signs of melting (none of which line up with how halloumi is crafted and served).
  5. We attempted to order a side of fries as well, but were ignored.

0/10, we couldn't even finish the food. It was so unappetising that we decided to eat garbage sandwiches from Subway instead.

I would recommend eating out of a 7-11 dumpster instead of paying for this kind of experience.

EDIT: On further inspection, there is no way the cheese we were served could pass as real halloumi. I tore open the sandwich hoping to be...
