Ordered: Bitter Melon Jasmine Green Lemon Tea $7.99 + aloe $1.00 * 50% sugar less ice it wasn't sweet but wasn't overly sour and the bitter melon wasn't too bitter. I really liked the drink and would reorder it or even make it!

Mahjong Egg Puffs with Condensed Milk $9.99 it was OK, the only special part was the shape. Literally any other place could make it better.

It took them a little too long to prepare our order considering there were only 2 people ahead of us (10+ min). They also both took breaks while they were preparing our order. The tables were crusty dusty and the washroom was SO dirty it looked like someone took a huge # 3 and missed and it hit everywhere else, and like it was un-maintained for years although they seem to be newly opened. I was here a couple weeks ago and it was empty. I headed to the front to look at the menu (never been here so wasn't sure what to get). I wasn't greeted by any of the people behind the counter so I approached the counter, looking at the menu that was near the cash. Someone came in after me, and the guy behind the counter immediately starts talking to him like they're old friends, he approached the counter, and blocks me out of the way. The guy then starts taking his order...even though he came after me and I was ready to order. Just incredibly rude customer service. If your store is empty and you have a new customer, common sense says that you greet them and ask if they have any questions, or start taking their actual order??? There are so many bubble tea places in this area, so I can't see any reason people have to come here given I've never seen it busy since that day and clearly the reviews here reflect poor management of...
