Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

Totally rude and disrespectful lady Older Caucasian lady - she was not rude to anyone else in the line - just for me. I literally go to tim Hortons every single day and never have an issue with scan & pay Some people don't understand and then I tell them and they figure it out. Except for this lady. She is fully arguing with me, I am calm no yelling no swearing. However she wants to be ignorant, rude and raising her voice being extremely nasty. Totally disrespectful and insulting. She is telling me my card is declined - I can fully see on the screen she is not selecting the correct option. I tell her I am using scan and Pay she says no im not. I tell her yes I am you have to select correct option. Useless back and forth I ask for a manager she says she is a manager and that if i want free food just take it. That I don't need to play games for free food. Who the hell does she think she is to say disgusting things like that to me. She must be racist I was the only black guy in the store and she was not like this with anyone else. I'm in work uniform with work colleagues and she is disrespecting me like that. On July 13 around 10 pm there were 3 employees behind the counter and 1 employee at the back. I don't know for what reason they just didn't care if I'm there to order they just continued chatting. A couple of minutes later one employee finally decided to take my order. As expected she continued to take other customers' orders. I ordered just coffee. And walked to the right side of the counter. While waiting for my coffee, other customers took their orders and I was still waiting. After About waiting for 10 min, another employee asked me What I am waiting for? I told her I was waiting for my coffee and asked her why I can't get service? She replied she just started her shift, she didn't know( she was there when I was ordering ) and the employee who took my order came and said she was just distracted.

This washroom is disgusting. I use to work for Tim hortons in Ontario, unless management is different . The washrooms should be cleaned every 2 hours. I came to use the washroom at 8:13pm today just leaving now .

Only couple people in the restaurant and I see 1 girl talking to a customer/Friend over the counter . Clearly she doesn’t seem busy and is able to check the washrooms .

Your scheduled washroom duty, you check every couple hours and also have to sign off when you check it and there is a checking board on the door washroom it self .
