This was my first visit and it's because of the $9.99 deal that I saw on social media. What was supposed to be a way to introduce me to this place and keep me coming back left me wanting more (not in a good way). While the service was lovely, the cashier who served me could have been more transparent with the pricing/surcharges. I was asked what flavor I wanted, since it's my first time I asked what was available, she gave me a piece of paper with all the flavors, I chose honey garlic parm, she asked me if I wanted regular fries or cajun, I said cajun. I didn't realize all those options incurred a surcharge of $0.99 each, and the cashier's screen facing me didn't show all the prices until the very moment I was asked to pay, if I was told about the surcharged, or showed, I would have asked for options that won't incur a surcharge, but I still paid anyway for them. When I was sitting to wait for the order, I looked at the piece of paper again, it does say there would be a surcharge for cajun fries, but there wasn't any indication that any of the wing flavors would require a surcharge. While the wings tasted nice, the vegetables were disappointing, just 5 thin slices of carrot and celery.
Just to note, I had given my feedback through your official website's "feedback" page soon after my visit but never received any follow up...
Read moreLast Sunday at around 2 to 3pm, I went to WingsUp for their weekly sandwich combo. I’ve always been a loyal customer because of their quick service and high-quality food, but this visit left me deeply disappointed.
When I arrived, there were only a few other customers enjoying their meals, and just one waiter was on duty. After I placed my order and waited for about 10 minutes, I noticed that instead of preparing food, the waiter started walking around the restaurant asking each customer to scan a QR code to rate their experience. She lingered behind each customer, waiting until they finished rating before moving on to the next table. This continued for another 10 minutes before she finally went back to the kitchen to start cooking. Another staff member eventually joined her, but instead of helping with the orders, she took a phone call in the kitchen.
Because of these delays, my food took much longer to arrive, and I ended up being late for a prior commitment. While the food quality met its usual high standard, the atmosphere felt tense, and it was clear other customers were uncomfortable with the intrusive rating requests.
I’m disappointed in this experience and hope they’ll address these issues to improve...
Read moreYesterday, I was extremely excited to try WingsUp! as I frequent the dog park nearby and seen it multiple times. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 pounds of wings and went on our way. I arrived to my house (20 minutes away), and when I finally opened the box, the ordered was completely wrong. I tried one and it was a boneless bite, alongside with not looking like 2 pounds at all. I called and they informed me it was 1.5 pounds of boneless bites that we ordered- very clearly we did not. They told us we could come back and get a new order but we were not willing to drive 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back, so I asked for a credit to my account be issued. The lady on the phone said she had to check with her manager and would call me back. Not only did hours pass by with no call, my boyfriend called and they told him they would credit us for 1 pound only. I was baffled by the lack of customer service and completely upset that I was looking forward to wings and that’s not what I got at all. I would not recommend this place and I think the staff needs to reevaluate their customer service and...
