Pizzaville — Restaurant in Toronto

I phoned in the order and was told to be there in 20 minutes for pick up. I got there in about 23 minutes and waited for another 20 minutes. I paid the bill right away to save time once the pizza was ready. The two employees working at that time continuously argued with each other very loudly never letting up. The delivery man came in, grabbed an order and clearly got out as quick as possible shaking his head as he left. He was lucky he could leave but unfortunately I couldn’t because I had already paid. More than 20 minutes late and appalled at the atmosphere I got home and phoned the main number again choosing customer service over ordering. I politely let the customer service agent know of my experience and he advised me that it was not the responsibility at that location but should be pursued at the Bloor and Keele location. This place was HORRIBLE in terms of customer service. First of all we parked in an empty parking spot in front of the place.. went in and got a pizza. Unknown to us at the time, while eating, one of their OWN delivery people blocked our car in by parking right behind us illegally. Then after eating there and giving them our business, and giving atleast 5-10 minutes after we had paid for the owner to move the car, we ask around other restaurants only to find out its THEIR OWN delivery guy. When we asked the staff to please get someone to move the car they just kept staring and saying "oh it has a sign on it for pizzaville".. what does that have to do with anything?! Then the driver finally comes out a few minutes later only to swear at my husband and then to me for something that he was wrong at. He can be seen in the attached picture. He should be repramanded. WHAT A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE.. we will NEVER go there again and neither should you for the way they treat...

We walked in. Stood there for almost 15 minutes before someone noticed we were there and came to the counter. He said sorry it's my first day. We ordered 2 pizza slices, he put it in the oven for about a minute and handed it to us almost dropping it. We ask for napkins and he looks at the empty napkin holder staring at it for a moment then says hold on and went to get more napkins. We then sat down to eat our cold pizza. Maybe 2 minutes later the delivery driver walks in and the guy behind the counter asks the delivery driver to pick him up some beer. His exact words "Just go to Glendonwynne Rd and Bloor, there's an lcbo right there. Get me 5 cans of Schnitzel Vienna lager". As soon as the delivery driver left, he ran out to his car and started eating something. Very poor customer service. He was too busy thinking about getting his beer than worried about...
