Trang is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! She went above and beyond to serve me. I actually called the store to ask if they had buns for a turkey sandwich still as it was 10pm n they close at 11pm! A gentleman answered n said yes they had 2 w.wheat buns left! So I hung up n called right back to ask him to hold the buns as I live a block away so he said yes he will keep them I went to the store and said Hiii I'm Ashely as he was sweeping the floor and he said she's gona help u! Trang had made my delicious turkey club made for me WOW AMAZING!!! THATS GOING ABOVE N BEYOND👏👏👏🥰! So I told her how amazing she is as I ordered 2 more turkey sandwiches and a tea n frozen lemonade!! TRANG is an EXCELLENTLY AMAZING!!! She is GREAT ASSET to ur store!!! She runs that store like it's hers giving 1,000% with the biggest smile!!! She truly loves her job!!! I keep coming here every morning, (so far 4months now) before heading to work Mon. - Frid. This is my new favourite location. The service is fast all the times and smooth. Emily is always the bestest frontline all the times. The rest of the staffs are backing up as well with a very welcoming, family-friendly-smiley greeting to each of the customers, as I have noticed. Thomas is a newbie, however, I am seeing /noticing him, trying his best in catching up and woking with the team, I still appreciate him. Emily always surprises me everyday how she interacts with the customers either knowing them already as regulars or not but the consistency of engaging to every individuals, is beyond excellent customer service! More visits to come from me especially my regular LARGE ICED CAPP! - Excellent job for the whole team! EACH AND EVERYONE, I may not know their names all yet but --- YOU ALL...

Tim hortons is by far Canada most popular donut shop, specializes in coffee. They do it quickly and safely these days too, especially during #covid times. Using the app from your phone you can order to any location closest to you for pickup. My local Tim's is corner of broadview and danforth for now. I placed three stars for this reason. And one extra for experience points amd lasting since I was a kid: I have had muddled orders when using the app, I have also not had accurate orders and had missing elements like my extra espresso! Try a coffee with a shot or two of espresso next time! Just make sure you're specific in testing it once picking it up it's most excellent with their regular blend of coffee. Happy travelling...
