First off tried several times to place mobile order and use coupon without success, tried a variety of payment methods no success, just received error message. So saved everything on mobile order on phone and attended at restaurant. Only person in restaurant and was ignored for several minutes. Then a staff member came up ,no acknowledgement, no greeting or apology. I explained that I had attempted to use an offer from the app but had no success and was wondering how I could place the order. I showed him the order on the app and explained the issue 3 separate times! He acknowledged the error and said coupons on mobile order weren't working but I could place order in restaurant. I said Ok and ordered he then asked what my total was on the app and I replied $11.11. He said total was $15.30 and again said they have a problem with the mobile app coupons and wouldn't honor them even though it was their issue. I paid for order and he was rude, unapologetic but placed my order, although I requested no onions he ignored that and onions were put on order. He bagged the order and abruptly said " here ". No thank you or apology. Read moreI understand a small business' desire to build their customer base. To accomplish this the Cochrane store recently embarked on a coupon promotion that highlighted their products. I visited the store three times in the last couple of weeks and was under-whelmed by their service. Today's episode saw me use the drive through. The server not only gave me the wrong order, but the order I did receive was incomplete and was passed to me in a previously used bag with garbage in it. The bag even included two receipts for different orders. The store manager offered a free burger to rectify the situation. I simply wanted my money back. I identified the server to the manager and when asked about the "0" quality control of orders going to customers, he shrugged his shoulders and dismissed the situation as if to say "what are you going to do?" Read moreI’m on the type to leave a review, but something has to be said. I’ve had a few experiences at this Wendy’s that left me really disappointed. The staff often come off as dismissive and will never apologize for their mistakes , and service is consistently slow, even when it’s not busy.
What’s more concerning is the way certain customers seem to be treated differently than others. There’s a pattern that’s hard to ignore, and it really changes how you feel about supporting a place.
