Unfortunately want to post a one star today, as regular customer, went to different location quite often, and this is one of my base when I need to work overtime. went to order my regular item and inform them the available discount, yet the cashier run the transaction on full price till I saw the receipt. Their comments are: you could add something for free as they can not redo the transaction. why do i need to pay additional for items that i do not need, simply because of your machine problem? i already ordered all i want, paid extra for fruit already, and needed to eat the extra due to your machine problem? ??? and as a retail worker, it is a liar that the transaction can not be redone - just if they want it or not want it. amount is small - yes, if i do not need to care for small amount, why can't the store refund extra on cash, and why do they care small amount?

asked for no butter, they insisted there was none - but it smelt with butter. their explaintion is: the grill needs butter. why all of a sudden it need? what happened for the past ten years?

as a regular customer, i felt very upset. I will not come back, but to be fair for everyone: crepe taste good. Make sure you triple check double check with them before paying it. 10 years, watching the crepe price from 8 ish to now 18 ish, was regular customer on the old Robson store then Granville store after the Robson one closed down years ago. inflation changed the price but taste remains, will still recommend on the food if you are looking for soft creamy crepe.

NEVER COME BACK, thank you for what you had done today helped me save some cash at the economy...

Had a bad experience. Went in on a quiet afternoon - I was the only one waiting for pickup, directly beside the food prep area. The 1 lady working was coughing (sounded like a dry cough) in the food prep area, over the counter and directly over my crepe that was being prepared. She coughed a few times without covering her mouth. I didn't want to make a scene or make her feel embarrassed, so I waited and emailed the concern from their website. They replied that they checked the cameras and didn't observe any coughing - they defended it as if it never happened and that maybe I lied. I was shocked; of course you can't actually "see" coughing on a camera.... If it's a cough, it's a barely a small movement of the mouth - it's not something a camera could pick up, especially since she didn't visibly lift her arms or hands to cover the cough. However I 100% heard/saw her coughing over the area. Not pleased with their response and won't be coming here again. I should have refused to eat the food on the spot but I took it. Please, if staff are sick, encourage them to wear a mask or to stay home/away from the...

Miscommunication among staff. Ordered a crepe with mushrooms (extra price), came with none. Went to one of the employees that looked like the one in charge and his reply was if I wanted “a side of mushroom”. Sarcastically, I answered sure. Took 5 min to get them so the crepe was already finished. The mushroom were brought by another employee and I told her it was too late as we were finished eating. She apologized and offered a new crepe. I said ok, but we’d would take to go as we we’re full already. 2 min later the same guy in charge I talked to at first, with the side of mushrooms, again. I, again, said that it was too late but that we were offered to get another crepe to go. He gave me back $2, ignored that we were already finished and left the mushrooms on the table. At the end, I told him that the other employee was making us the crepe as we were offfere and he said “she is not”.

Left the extremely late side of mushroom on the table and left the place.

Never experienced this before as I come here quite often, but definitely don’t wanna go back after having paid $44 and getting...

Disappointing experience, and far worse than when I visited first a few years ago. Saw after ordering that their crepes are not made fresh but rather premade and reheated. There were no other customers in the store nor did it seem they had any other orders when I arrived so not sure why the crepes could not be made fresh. The result was a stale, tough and chewy crepe. $35 for two stale soggy crepes was not a desirable experience. Also some false advertisement as the one of the crepes is supposed to come with chocolate wafers (intact in the advertised image in the store) but what I got was sad crushed up vanilla flavours that further ruined the texture of the crepe. Would skip next time and make sure I go somewhere they can make fresh crepes.

I was too hungry and just entered the first cafe I saw which was here. I did not want to eat a savoury kinda thing wanted to eat a full meal but after entering I decided to try out and it was very delicious. I loved the dark chocolate - strawberry crepes also the chocolate milkshake was so good too. I hadnt event checked the name of the cafe while entering nor leaving. Took me awhile to find out the name of here but i eventually found and wrote this review :D If i go there again, i will visit again. I am not giving 5 stars because I havent really tried anything else except this one time and the inside of the cafe could be better.

This cafe shop offers authentic French crepes which is located on Robson Street in downtown. My favorite one is Pear and Salted Caramel crepe served with one coup of vanilla ice cream. The last time I visited this place was during covid so I ordered to take away. The crepe did not taste the same as before when it is served right away. And I found it was sweeter than before which is I don’t like. The shop looked pretty messy and dirty. There were only 2 staff at that time so I had to wait over 20 minutes.
