Solid cozy sushi spot with great service and decent tasting food. The real star are the deals. Can’t find any sushi lunches under $10 these days especially in downtown but this one is one of them. $21 after tax and tip (as of 11/22) for 2 orders of 22 piece sushi with miso soup. Overall great option for sushi in the area. Edit: tried the ramen, it was okay I personally wouldn’t get it again but the bento box was really good and had a lot of food for a great price.

My roommate and I ordered 5 rolls, sashimi, and salad. Everything was crammed into the container so it took us a while to figure out which roll was which. I appreciate minimizing waste, I suppose. The meal wasn't too fancy, and it hit the spot nonetheless. Delivery was faster than expected. Overall, it was a fair dining experience and I will order again.

One of those subpar sushi joints. If you don't want to spend alot of money but would like some sushi as hastily made as possible, this is the place to go. Don't get anything later in the day or anywhere close to the evening on weekdays - the quality really badly suffers. Oh, on top of that they just raised their prices.

3.5 stars? How bad could it be? Well I was pleasantly impressed 😁

My partner ordered the $9.50 22 piece special which consisted of 6 pieces of tuna maki, 8 pc California roll, and 8 pc yam tempura roll. The rice was well seasoned and wasn't overly sweet or vinegary like some other places. The pieces were generously sized and would've been enough for the two of us but I thought I should order more as I didn't anticipate the large serving sizes.

The tuna maki was actually good; it had a good tuna flavour and the portions within the maki was decently sized. The yam tempura rolls were surprisingly decent with a good crisp. The California rolls were pretty standard; they had actual avocado and the imitation had mayonnaise unlike the photos in their menu had suggested.

I ordered three items from the "Happy Combo" for $14.50: chicken karaage, 4pc takoyaki, and veggie yakisoba. Despite being a big eater, I honestly wasn't expecting so much food and had to take home the yakisoba and some of the chicken. The chicken karaage was super crispy and flavourful and impressive. The takoyaki was average but in a good way (I wouldn't come here for the takoyaki but I wanted to try). The yakisoba was also flavorful and came in a jumbo serving size. The included photos show how big the serving sizes were except for the karaage because it was too good and I ate it too quickly before the rest of my food came.

Service was fast and our server was nice enough. Atmosphere was a bit on the dark side for my preference and had "hole in the wall" vibes but otherwise fine; definitely on the quieter side for dine-in on a Friday night but a fair number of pick ups came in.

Definitely a great place to grab a bite with a friend. I highly recommend the chicken karaage and the 22 pc special. I'll...

Beyond disappointed with this place. I ordered delivery through Just Eat and prepaid. The food was not extremely late but the service made it even later. He phoned me and did not listen to my directions over the phone. From there he parked somewhere nearby and asked me to come out to his car to get the food. In which I said no as I have 2 young children inside the home and paid the delivery charge to be delivered. I explained to him how to get to the front door of my townhouse (which not one pizza delivery place has a problem with) and he came to my backdoor instead, and as soon as I opened the door - before he evened handed me the order he said "where is my tip" in which I did have a 20% tip for him but decided that was the final straw and my tip was "not to ask a 7 month old pregnant woman to do carry-out when she has paid for delivery." He then began to yell at me, needless to say I will not be ordering from there again. Too many great sushi restaurants out there to have such piss...

Just ordered them on SKIP because they had a 9.8 rating and OMG, we should have checked the online ratings! The food was absolutely horrific. Worst sushi I have ever tried. We just threw out $90 of rolls. The tuna in and on top of the rolls had the texture that was like it had been in a blender. Absolutely vile. The rice was so over cooked and mushy, they should be ashamed. My niece opened up her gyoza because she said the texture was off and the pork on the inside was pink and raw. I would rather get gas station sushi over this place. Please DO NOT give them your business. From the bites we did eat, I have a feeling we’re all going to feel unwell tonight.

I wish I could give...
