I've got nothing more to say but to simply say this place is amazing. From customer service to the environment to the food, it was all amazing. There are little to no complaints and it's a must visit place for those who love burgers.

When we entered this establishment, we were pleased that the menu was nice and small, with few selections. So we both ordered cheese burger combos. Mine wasn't really a combo, but you can assume it is. My friend got the combo with fries and a drink while I ordered a regular cheeseburger, crush fries, and a drink. Expect to pay approx $28, but at the end of the day, it was worth it!

We got a seat with a number, and they will come out to serve you the food instead of making you wait by the counter to grab your burger. As you walk into the dining area, i would notice that they have a table for condiments and have a filtered water tap. When the food arrived, we also got a bottle of ketchup that was chilled, which was amazing. When I took my first bite into the burger, an immediate burst of flavors rushed onto my taste buds, a perfect blend of all the ingredients. However, what was mind-blowing was the fact that the fries were probably one of the best fries I've ever had.

When it comes down to appearance, it looks like Mcdonald fries, but when it came down to taste, I was blown away. Perfectly seasoned fries, and you still get to taste the potato. My crush fries offered the same quality but with a nice blend of sauce and caramelized onions. But what surprised me the most was that when we finished our food, I looked into my friends fry bag and looked in amazement. There was little to not grease in the parchment, and the fries maintained its crisp throughout the entire meal. That alone pulled my rating to a 5 star.

To top off the food, my friend gave in and ordered a rootbeer milkshake, and when we both tried, we were mindblown yet again by the perfect consistency and taste of the milkshake. Not overly sweet, but has that vanilla aroma and a side of root beer flavoring. It's simply amazing.

Overall, I was extremely impressed with everything. Nice and clean, great customer service, and the food went above and beyond my expectations. Will be back and will...

I came here because of the tiktoks raving over the food. First off, I'll say that it was easy enough to find near the corner of Nelson and Howe. There is pay street parking which are serviced by pay stations. I paid $4.75 for just under an hour of parking. I entered and it wasn't that busy. There were two people ahead of me. The counter fellow must be new since he was a bit slow on the acknowledgement of customers. No worries. I ordered the double cheeseburger, fries and soda combo that came to about $24. I waited a bit because the food is made to order. The burger was juicy, saucy and the veggies were fresh tasting. The bun was soft and held up against the hefty filling of meats and veggies. The sauce was tasty. The fries were plentiful and seasoned nicely. Thinner than normal but delicious regardless. I couldn't finish my fries because there was so much. Good sign. I should mention that the interior is simple and there is a condiment and side station to serve yourself for the condiments and to discard your tray and trash after. Please folks, help them out and do your part. Btw, I was downtown to drop off my wife somewhere so it was nice to come here. Would I come here again with all this traffic to enjoy this burger? Maybe not because the traffic is really quite an issue for me. Btw I came here closer to 1245pm. But if I was in the area, I may come back. Overall it was good. Btw, after ordering they give you a number and you find yourself a seat and they bring your food to you, which i found to be a nice touch. Thank you...

This is a good burger spot! I went there for lunch and ordered a double cheeseburger, crush fries, chocolate milkshake and a herb crush dip.

The burger was great, well-balanced and juicy, the meat seemed of good quality, but it could be a bit more flavourful, so it could stand out more from the rest of the ingredients. It was very tasty nonetheless. Crush fries were also really good, the sauce is definitely carrying the load here, as the fries by themselves are nothing special. This sauce is better than the herb crush dip, which didn't have much of the herby flavour I was expecting. The milkshake was also great, very creamy and good-tasting, I'd definitely recommend.

The service was very polite, although they need to improve their delivery method. I appreciate that they bring the order to the table, but the table number system they use seems to cause a lot of confusion. I was given number 41, but when our order was ready, they were looking for and calling out number 37. Also, initially, only half of our order arrived, and after waiting about 10 minutes, I had to ask an attendant to bring the rest.

The decor is fun and inviting. I really liked their self-serve station where you can throw away trash, get water, ice, napkins, salt, pepper, and bottles of ketchup or mustard. It’s way better than the ketchup sachets most places use, which just create a lot of unnecessary waste.

All in all it's a good burger place, a bit on the more expensive side for what you get, but I liked it and had a good time. Wish they had a location...

One of the best burger spots in Vancouver with vegan options that are actually good 👀🍔 I love that their beef smashed burgers are juicy but NOT greasy, and they offer really good vegan options for those days when I’m craving a plant-based meal. Plus, they have beer on tap!! 🌱 More info for the plant-eaters + veggie-lovers: Their vegan cheeseburger is made with their house-made vegan patty that has an appealing texture. Unlike many other vegan patties, their patty is not bland, not overly spiced, and not overly processed/ blended. They have vegan options available for all their sauces. And they cook vegan burgers on a separate grill. Note that their vegan milk shakes are made with their home-made coconut milk ice cream - the rich coconut flavour really comes through 🥥 Here's my usual order: 🍔 Double Cheeseburger, mushrooms (or pepperoncini if you like it hot), light sauce 🍔 Double Vegan Cheeseburger, fried onions, light sauce 🥤 Rootbeer Milk Shake 🌱 Vegan Nuggets 🥫 Herb Crush sauce 🥫 Original Crush sauce 📍 Burger Crush at 755 Nelson St, Vancouver Downtown They also have a location on Vancouver Island, and a new location in Colwood too: 📍 787 Fort Street, Victoria 📍 NEW 116-1901 Sooke Road, Colwood
