I had been hearing about this Hong Kong-style dessert spot for a while and finally got the chance to visit—and it did not disappoint! The interior is eye-catching and creative, with mahjong tiles used as part of the wall décor, giving the space a playful yet modern vibe. The seating is comfortably spaced out, and the entire shop is clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
We tried several desserts, including the durian sago (榴槤西米露) and mango sago (芒果西米露)—both were refreshing, creamy, and packed with fruit flavor. The durian version was rich and aromatic, perfect for durian lovers, while the mango sago was smooth and fragrant without being overly sweet.
We also had the black sesame and cashew dessert (芝麻腰果露), which was warm, nutty, and comforting—a great contrast to the cold sago options. But the highlight was definitely their signature mahjong red bean coconut pudding (麻雀紅豆椰子糕). It didn’t just taste great—it looked exactly like real mahjong tiles! The texture was soft and smooth, with the gentle sweetness of red bean and coconut perfectly balanced.
Overall, it was a delightful experience with both creative presentation and solid traditional flavors. I’ll definitely be coming back...
Read moreI placed an online order ahead of time for pickup at 7:00 PM on October 1, 2025—right when the doors were scheduled to open. I arrived at 6:55 PM and waited outside. By 7:02 PM, the doors were still closed. Two staff members were clearly visible inside and made eye contact with me multiple times, yet neither made any effort to acknowledge or assist me. I tried signaling that it was already 7:06 PM and I was just there to pick up my to-go order. Still, both employees stood there watching me without taking any action. One staff member even approached the door briefly, then turned around and walked away. After several attempts to get their attention through body language, someone finally opened the door and casually mentioned they were open—the door was just “too heavy,” making it seem like they were still closed. At that point, their “Open” sign was still off, even at 7:08 PM. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. A simple step outside to check on a waiting customer would have gone a long way. Instead, I was left standing outside, ignored, for over 10 minutes. Terrible service. Not to mention, the restaurant was.empty at the time but none of the two employees...
Read moreWhen you enter, there is a display case with miniatures. It was pretty busy but we got seated right away. We got seated at a table that looked like a mahjong table. Behind us was a wall of all mahjong tiles. The decor was nostalgically reminiscent of HK.
You order using your mobile phone by scanning a QR code that is unique for your table. We ordered TOGO the Golden Refresher with mango ice cream, hot Sesame Paste with added sesame balls and the Mahjong Tiles. We really enjoyed the Golden Refresher. The Sesame Paste with sesame balls were pretty good too. We haven’t tried the mahjong tiles as we’re gifting it. It does not look as good as the ones in the pictures on the menu though. I will probably be back to try different things on their menu and also get their Golden...
