Been going here for months 1 still donno my name 2 drinks wring constantly or half full and half foam it whip cream. 3 when they messup they don't do anything to want you to come back like hey the 4$ card for them taking your lunch time up. 4 Manger doesn't change anything even with verbal complaints to them. 5 people come to startbucks as the workers develop a personal relationship with regulars here there is no such thing they can't even say good morning xxxxx name after 3 plus months 6 the one lady Has a routine saying snd is over happy. It's fake when you say the same thing enjoy your drink have a great day. It means absolutely nothing ans is superficial. 7 the employees here are oblivious to other people's complains. Owner ovs don't care abour people reviews.
At the end of the day 2 blocks up grandville there a much better starbucks I suggest walking the extra 2 min to not deal with the starbucks I call the worst I've ever been to. Coming from someone who get 3 to 4 lattes a day and spends 4 k a year there.

The blender breaks, they told me they would give me a refund. They told me to scan it with my phone because they can only refund the same way you paid, so I did. the cashier was nice enough to try to give me a gift card, but she could not do it, asked two people to help, still could not do it. After 10 minutes, I gave up and said I had to go. So I left. Well, guess what, I checked my history only to find out that instead of refunding to my app, they actually charged me again. So after 10+minutes of waiting, I got no drink and got charged twice. I'm still trying to call the store to see how I can get my money back, no one answers the phone. Who can I talk to get...
Read moreThe staff are very friendly (for the most part) here and the location is accessible (within the sky train station, between the Canada Line and Expo Line/West Coast Express/Sea bus area).
This used to be my go-to Starbucks for that reason, but I likely will not be a patron any longer. If I was still in the area, I would come back for a refill when I order tea, black. But with their new policy, and the absence of seating at this location, they no longer offer refills.
Moreover, a staff member there (think I last saw him in the Fall) who had horrible manners - he was hostile and abrasive. He may have since left, though... but just in case, coupled with their new policy, I will not be...
