On June 21th, I ordered the Supreme Steak sandwich, but it was missing bacon. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Rupal, who promptly looked into the issue and assured me that on my next visit, I could mention it to the front staff and they would take care of it.
On July 6th, I returned and ordered the same sandwich. I showed the staff a picture of the previous order and mentioned Rupal name as advised. The staff acknowledged it, but another employee overheard and asked what the issue was. At that point, the staff assisting me responded in their own language, which I didnât understand. It gave the impression that the concern was being brushed off, and honestly, speaking in a different language in front of guests while handling a customer issue felt quite unprofessional.
In the end, nothing was done to address my previous concern no apology, no replacement, no goodwill gesture.
To make matters worse, the sandwich I received this time had barely any peppercorn sauce, making it extremely dry and unpleasant to eat. It took away from the whole experience, and I ended up throwing half of it away.
Additionally, as shown in the attached photo, the second sandwich was served in a sandwich bag instead of the usual square box, which affected the consistency and presentation.

   Read moreThis Tim Hortons location is quite convenient as itâs close to the SkyTrain station and a bus stop. Thereâs usually a rush hour in the morning, which is expected. However, the staff could significantly improve their customer service. They donât seem very efficient, and itâs clear that better leadership is needed to guide them. I've been to this place few times and I once ordered chai tea with some milk, but when I received my drink, it was just a tea bag with no milk added. When I brought this to the staffâs attention, instead of fixing the drink, they gave me four small milk cups to add myself. Since I was in a hurry, I accepted it.
