Uncle Fatih's Pizza - KITSILANO — Restaurant in Vancouver

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I rarely leave any reviews at all, but Uncle Faith's Pizza at the KITSLANO location has horrendous service. I get there to pick up my order and tell them my phone number, the Indian female employee then asks for my order number, but the website only said to provide a phone number to match your order. The place has no wifi and I did not order from my phone, not to mention that the sidewalk and roadway is flooded from a pipe explosion and the floors inside are MUDDY! I go back to the car to get my order number, and tell her my order number, she asks me to repeat it several times and at this time, I realize there is only ONE order on the counter. THAT'S obviously MINE??? After repeating to her my order number several times, I pick up my order and almost slip because of the muddy and wet floors inside the restaurant. I get home, open the food, the pizza's are fine, but the sauces have SPILLED all over the pizza. I STRICTLY empathized to place it separately, but yet the sauces are mixed and leaked all over the place! HORRIBLE Restaurant and SERVICE!!! NEVER...

An amazing spot. Let’s be honest. let’s start with the customer service; the cashier was knowledgable, kind and affable. We felt like family, part of the business. Uncle Fatih was our uncle for those two slices. Let’s just get straight to the good stuff,

THE DIPPING SAUCE; Ranch Garlic Hot Whatever your heart desires, they deliver. They let us in on the secret recipe that has clearly been passed down from uncle Fatihs uncle!

THE SESAME SEEDS; Not too much but not too little. Lightly toasted for that extra umami punch. Crust was not burnt but not soft either, they have the right heat blasting in that oven. Modern day wizardry with that temp control.

Okay let’s finish by looping back to the customer service, stand up people all around. We were charmed from the get go, pleased throughout. An amazing experience, really. The charm is still resonating within our hearts, and it’s been a few hours... great people, great pizza, great times. Would recommend...

Love pizza - not every day - but when you want some, it is all that will fill the void. Please note (and this applies to every pizza chain / franchise) that the slices sold on the premises are not representative of what you receive when ordering a whole pizza and what you receive with delivery.

Uncle Faitih's Pizza (IMHO) is the best (classic style with multi toppings that are inclusive) pizza available in Metro Vancouver.

There may be a restaurant unknown to me that has excellent pizza, and if so please inform. UF's toppings are 3X the amount (and tastiness) of a Domino's for example. Great crust too. Order from the 'specialty pizza deals' part of the menu and you cannot go wrong.

Besides great pizza, the delivery guy (and on site staff) very friendly, and their prices lower than 'competitors'. So, great 'za and at the lowest price. Seems to good to be true, but I suggest my...
