Wing Hing BBQ House — Restaurant in Vancouver

This is to the old/senior couple who "chose" the worst BBQ pork for us on Jan 3rd (Sunday) 2021. I've never had any problem with the regular guys whom normally worked there. The middle aged (regular) guys are nice and their "choice" of the meat is usually good. However, they were not there when we visited last Sunday and I've never more worst of BBQ pork ever! My family, extended families, friends, and co workers, have been coming here for years. I gotta be honest though, you gotta build a good relationship with these “si fu’s.” If you’re a regular and you buy big they will take care of you. They also enjoy a good conversation, hence why the line up is longer too.

Amazing Cantonese style bbq. This dive hole is ruff around the edges but man oh man they serve delicious meats. They also have chicken here with that ginger green onion dip as well.

Waited in line for over 1 hour due to Chinese New Years Eve. There were only about 10 people, but the line took 1 hour+

The guy was chit chatting with other customers and taking his time.

Also, I noticed a few customers just went straight in and skipped the line.

When it was my turn, they served the customers that skipped the line.

Furthermore, I had ordered half a duck and he gave me 2 legs and substituted my duck with old product that was on display.
