I am so disappointed with this Chuck E Cheese and my children left very upset this evening! We paid for 60 minutes of play time for our three kids $75 plus HST and we ordered pizza and drinks. The manager Vidya ignored us while we were waiting to order our drinks. When we did order she was rude, spilled our drinks, got the wrong order and forgot to give us one drink. Little did we know at the time the reason she gave such bad customer service was because she was itching to close up shop. They were closing 20 minutes after we arrived. We wish we had known this before we spend $150 on the play passes, drinks and food, but no one told us - not the lady who stamped us in and not the manager who took all our money. Within 5 minutes of sitting down (took us a while to find a table that wasn’t filthy) and the kids starting to play they announced that they were closing in 5 minutes and to finish the games. Our food hadn’t even arrived and the kids came crying that they had only just started playing. We went to explain that the machine had allowed us to buy 60 minutes, but the kids only had 20 minutes to play and Vidya’s response was first to accuse us of not showing our receipts to her and that we could have bought our cards much earlier and she wouldn’t know that. When we said we weren’t given receipts she accused us of lying saying that the machine was giving out receipts, so we must have gotten one. We didn’t get receipts. In any event we were able to scan the play cards and prove what we were saying was right because the cards showed exactly what time we bought them. She replied that she can’t and won’t do anything to help because we don’t have receipts. She was so rude and condescending. We explained we had spent a lot of money on food and drink and cards and she said that’s not her problem, we should have looked on the website and we would have seen that it closes at 9pm. She was so rude and dismissive. When the games were turned off promptly at 9pm our children went to the counter to ask why it had cut them off in the middle of a game they had started playing. She responded to them. “Go tell your parents I’m not dealing with it”. I’m so disgusted with this terrible customer service. Vidya did not apologize for the machine being faulty and allowing us to buy tickets for a service they could not fulfill. Instead, she was rude, dismissive and treated us like it was our problem and we were lying to her. Don’t ever go to this chuck E. Cheese. The staff is rude, and have poor management skills. I waited in that line for 15 minutes and there were only TWO families in front of us. When we finally got there, we paid for two 90 minute play time cards and then the machine started to malfunction. At that point they already took my money but were unable to give me the 90 minutes. When I asked what the problem was, they told me that the 90 minutes is new and it’s not updated to the cashier yet. SO WHY NOT TELL ME THAT BEFORE I PAY FOR IT?!?! We went through three employees to fix this problem and the last one gave me so much attitude (I believe this was the manager or one of the people in charge). We had to wait for an extra 15 minutes for this guy to fix our cards meanwhile my little sister is standing next to me crying. I told him if the problem is with the 90 minutes and just override the system and give us 120 because we have been waiting in this line for 30 minutes because this really isn’t right. THEN HE TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR IT!!! Unbelievable. I refused to pay for money due to his poor attitude. Eventually, he fixed the problem by giving me an extra 3 minutes on top of what I paid for. What a bunch of cheapskates!!! Made me and my little sister wait in that line for over half and hour and only made up for it by giving us three extra minutes….
ANYWAYS other than the staff being extremely rude… I swear they have not updated any of the games. They are the same systems I used to play on when I was a child and they are extremely outdated. A solid 10% of the games were broken while I was there. The bowling game was missing balls… this purple rocket game was malfunctioning… and on top of that, there were some games were you still required coins to play even though they switched to scanning cards.
The dumb rat came out for a solid 5 seconds and left immediately, ignoring all of the kids. A couple of kids were trying to chase him down, but he did NOT care. My sister was really upset because she wanted to take a picture with him.

Had never been to a chuck e cheese before but went yesterday for a surprise game / lunch on my daughters birthday.
Do you think anyone offered to explain a thing to us about how any thing works? Nope! Went it and stood confused for a good 5 minutes on where you're supposed to go, how you buy lunch etc.
Finally went to the counter and since it was literally one person running the entire place, I had to wait forever to talk to someone. Asked how everything works and got a very short answer. Paid for buffet and some game points.
The buffet is honestly disgusting. The pizza that was there when we arrived was largely the exact same when we left. The only time they change something is if it gets eaten. Otherwise it'll sit there looking putrid for the full two hours. The salad dressing had old caked on dressing all over the bottle and lid (keep in mjnd it was only us and like two other families here - not busy.
We get our food and sit and realize that you order and pay for beverages separately. Think the guy told or warned us of that? Nope! So now I go to order drinks and since there is one person working other than the manager who seemed to enjoy watching the line and not helping at all. There is one person in front of me asking a question about literally every item on the menu. I finally get drinks and of course my entire family is now done eating and my food is cold.
Now let's talk about how filthy this place is. Literally everything has a layer of grime on it. The playground for the kids has clear plastic 'Windows' you can't even see through from all the dirty finger prints. Again. Not busy so this was from many other days.
The games, well they are all ancient and one in five is broken and eats your points. Sure, you can ask for help, but then you get accused of not using the game right or lying. I'm 33 years old and there with my 6 year old daughter, I'm not trying to scam 25 cents off you ffs
