Mr. Greek — Restaurant in Vaughan

Came in here for lunch with my daughter. We ordered two kids meals which should include (a juice box, a side and either of the two choices (chicken gyro or chicken souvlaki). The lady at the cash had no clue what she was doing. She asked what side we would want, my daughter ordered fries for her meal and rice for the other. After paying we were advised it would take 10 mins for the order which was not an issue. We got our order something told me to check in the bag to make sure all was correct. We were not only missing the fries we were also missing the drink. After asking them if a drink only comes with specific kids meals they tell me a kids meal is not what was punched in. Trying to explain to them that the girl that took the order specifically asked what side we wanted its impossible that she didn't know as she is the one that asked. When trying to explain to them that it clear as day states on the menu that each kids meal comes with a drink, they tried to tell me it doesn't. Huh?!? How?!? Wasting yet another 10 more minutes of my time trying to explain what my order was they still were looking at me like I did know what I was talking about. One of the other store associate dropped fries for our order, however once they were done she didn't put them in the bag she just sat them to the side, after asking her if I could get my fries she begins to ask me if I wanted gyro on it. No ma'am. I just want my order. She still stood there asking me the same question 3 different times.

Moral is I told them I just want my money back. For me to wait over 20 mins for something that should have taken 10 mins is ridiculous.

Terrible service and management. On May 9 I placed an order online using their order ahead feature for delivery. I placed the order for delivery at 5:45pm. I received an email confirmation saying my order was placed and my visa was charged. By 6:00pm I had no delivery so I placed a call to see where my order was. The person i spoke to claimed they were extremely busy and were behind with orders. I said that is fine, and they offered to deliver my order in the next 30 minutes. By 6:45pm i called back as i had no order again, and they said again they were extremely busy, i requested a refund, and they said they could not refund as it would take 5 business days. I then stated i would be in to pick up my cash refund in the next hour and they said they could have my food and refund ready. When i arrived 20 minutes later, i was only the 3rd customer in the restaurant, and it was clear that they lied, and my order was just never fulfilled. (please see pictures.) i would highly discourage anyone from using their online order feature as they clearly do not manage it well. If you must go, phone in and just pick up the order yourself, do not bother waiting for...

Worst service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. Went today for a quick stop to eat, first I waited 45 mins for a salad and chicken plate they had. Veggies that came with chicken and rice plate were RAW the just tossed them on the grill to show that it was roasted (brown colour) and not to mention the salad… I watched them the whole time while they decided to make my salad without there gloves on and picking up all the toppings with there bare hands. Not to mention they don’t wear hairnets either. Disgusting. The “manager” then delivered my salad and I had told him I clearly saw him make this salad without any gloves on and I won’t be accepting until he makes me a new one with GLOVES on. He answers me be saying “just to let you know all restaurants don’t use gloves”(all with attitude and high voice in front of customers” I then laughed I said this is the most unprofessional restaurant and to make me a proper salad. These new owners do not deserve to be in business. They argued with every customer who complained about the food. Completely unsanitary and a health hazard.
