My partner and I have always loved Purdy's and so I thought tha Valentines day would be a perfect opportunity to treat my partner to a few chocolates. I was trying to place an order online for pickup of a customized chocolate box but I wasn't able to. I was only able to find options for getting a customized chocolate box delivered or picking up a prearranged box of their best sellers. After giving up I decided to call in store and ask about placing an order for a customized box for pickup and I had the pleasure of speaking to Nayab. Her customer service was PHENOMENAL!! Nayab was so incredibly kind, sweet, and patient with me and informed me that although Purdy's no longer does customized orders over the phone, she would make the exception for me and hold my customized box for a bit. She then patiently listened to me order of 25 individually picked chocolates for my partner. She definitely went above and beyond to help me and 5 stars is not enough praise for Nayab. Job well done! And to Purdy's... I hope you will be able to give customers the option to pick up customized boxes in person, please...

I have an ice cream loyalty card and Last time I came to buy an ice cream the cashier stamped number 10 and told me next time you have a free one .to night I came to the store in Vaughan mills to get my free ice cream the cashier was so rude to me she checked my card in a suspicious way and told number 5 was empty and 6 was pale!!!! I was shocked the free ice cream doesn’t worth to lie because of it. I told her all of them stamped and she told no number 6 is pale and it’s because of the other store has big stame and its coloured because of the size of the stamp!!!! Sorry for the store that have a such rude to their customers! I paid for my son’s ice cream and told her I call your manager she told me her name was jane or something like that.acctually it wasn’t important for her at all to anoyed the customer!!
