My family and I have visited this location more than once. The 3 times we've been have been a disappointment.

They seem to prioritize "Skip the Dishes" we seem to always have to wait over 30 minutes for our meals.

When they are running behind they turn up the grill and burn your food. They also leave your miso soup out waiting on the counter. So by the time we got home we had burnt messy food and cold miso.

I wish that was all... the avocado they used to make the avocado rolls/yam rolls wasn't ripe it was hard.. I watched the employee make the rolls and she just threw them onto the counter bouncing the rolls everywhere.

Now I understand getting busy and rushing but serving burnt, cold, bad food after waiting over 30 minutes is just bad.

The cost of the food doesn't justify this. We spent over $50 and more than half of our food we couldn't eat. We will not be returning to this location, ever.

I see new change and have been going to this restaurant since 2009 .... pro new owner friendly and see the hard work put in .... con need a person that understands menu and listen to customer.... portions have changed and order beef and shimp and always had good portion of beef and 8 shrimp .... now three mouth of beef and three shrimp ... rice was always fuffy bot not sticky and big vegetables... vegs look like they been cut into three pieces so small ... one more thing always out of lids for hot sauce or soya sauce.... who you listen to your customers as we all want you to succeed and successful ... taste see great which keeps me coming back .... my order isnt difficult as i always order beef and shrimp and a side order of beef for my dog in a separate container.... its always messed up...

I was in dec 18 ordered 2 teriyaki chicken one sumo and both no mushrooms and 6 shrimp on the side . To start 6 people after me got there order first . They forgot my shrimp had to wait extra, staff just shrugged it off. Got home no sumo size and one had no rice plus there where mushroom when I asked no mushrooms . Tried phoning the store no answer several times . Put a complant in threw the web site on dec 18 it is now dec 23 and no response. I ran restaurants for 19 years never have I not responded to a complaint with in 24 hours . This is not right . I spend any where from $100 to $ 150 every month at the...
