Overall good experience and would go again! Right to the point now.. I had the Bacon Cheeseburger & Poutine. Now the Poutine was awesome, seriously one of the best Poutines i’ve ever had! Generous with the curds & gravy, and the serving size was perfect with a burger as well. Price was $8 to add to the purchase of a burger.

Now to the burger, very well thought out in the way of ingredients & seasonings, but i’ll admit i was pretty disappointed when it came to how small the burger was for the price of $11, plus tax. It was a great burger, just really wish that I’d gotten a bit more for my money. I ordered for takeout, and once i had sat down to eat, i opened the bag and i realized there were no utensils or napkins. Whatever, it was pretty busy, things get overlooked. All good!!!

Super simple, delicious food with some Quebecios takes. You aren’t going to find big crazy stunt-burgers here to make the tourists “Oooooo and Ahhh” at the ridiculousness of it. You are just going to find a really frickin good, simple smash burger and probably the best poutine in BC.

The regular burger is great, but I recommend the Mechant burger with combo poutine if you are hungry. Seasonal specials pop up from time to time with locally sourced ingredients (Chanterelle mushroom burger is 🔥🔥)

The poutine here is legitimately amazing. Simple, authentic and delicious. No store-bought powdered “brown sauce” or funky overly-salted gravey, just fresh home-made gravey, fresh local cheese curds and perfect fries.
