A Hidden Gem on Broad Street! 🌟 If you're in Victoria and looking for the perfect spot to unwind, Macchiato Caffe on Broad Street is an absolute must-visit! Nestled in the heart of downtown, this charming café offers a cozy, inviting atmosphere that will quickly make it your favourite coffee stop.
Macchiato Caffe's operating hours are designed for your convenience, allowing you to drop in for your morning caffeine fix or an afternoon delight. My husband and I were drawn in by the heavenly chocolate croissants – a sinful combination of buttery, flaky pastry and rich chocolate. And their flat white coffee. It's a smooth, perfectly balanced masterpiece and made with love. The perfect match for the indulgent croissants. ☕ 🥐
The staff is friendly, and the service is always impeccable. Whether you're looking for a quick coffee to go or a place to sit and relax, Macchiato Caffe delivers on all fronts. I highly recommend it for coffee lovers and anyone seeking a peaceful break from the hustle and bustle...

I hesitate to write a positive review as it can be a challenge to get a seat during typical coffee break time, but worth the hat tip to years of good service.
The place is bright, clean, cheery and upbeat. It can be cozy in the winter and in the summer, the patio/sidewalk seating is always good.
The coffee and food is always good and fresh. It isn't overly high priced, but not inexpensive either. The food options are always tasty and slightly more upscale than many similar places.
Parking is available on the street or at the parkade across the street. It is close to business and government offices, but to tourist shops and attractions too.
I've been coming here for years and it is one of my go to places in the city.
A thank you to management and staff. That doesn't happen...

Good sitting. Quite a few people popped in to grab a coffee or snack and go so obviously locals enjoy going here.
Americano was delicious if a bit on the small side (yes I ordered a large). I had the New Yorker sandwich and although it wasn't anything particularly special for the price, I did enjoy it.
My friend and I sat chatting for quite a while and at no point did the staff try to usher us out. They were polite, competent, and generally lovely to chat with and I didn't see any other customers...
