Nonna's — Restaurant in Wasaga Beach

Fantastic food. We just moved here at the end of January and a kind neighbor knew we were too busy unpacking to cook and brought us over some home made soup a couple of pieces of lasagna that tasted homemade but actually came from Nonna's. My wife is Italian and sometimes a little critical of Italian dishes if they don't taste authentic or measure up to her families Italian food standards. But like they say there's a first time for everything. I had 5 family members visiting from BC, all big eaters so I ordered 2 of the large fresh meat lasagnas in advance and picked them up to cook on the day we planned to serve it. Everyone loved it. A wonderful hidden gem!!! I needed meat sauce for my gluten free, dairy free lasagne. I called Nonna's to see if they had any. At the time they only had their original amazing sauce, when I explained that I needed it to be dairy free, they offered to whip some up for me!!!!
