Stopped at taco bell, after not having it for almost 2 years, on our way to Tobermory. Drive through line up was about 10 cars deep so we figured going into the empty restaurant would be a better option. Man, were we wrong. 3 staff in the kitchen who clearly had no idea what they were doing and 1 young girl running both drive-through and front counter. There was one family there in front of us, who had been there for about 10 mins already. We placed a small order and waited half an hour. The family before us got theirs 1 minute before we got ours and their food was all over the bag. We got ours and everything was fine until we started eating. The fries for the fries supreme were cold and very obviously old. The tacos had very minimal meat, the burritos were the smallest we have ever received, with no tomatoes and a whole ton of lettuce. Absolutely nothing appealing with this meal. We feel extremely bad for the young girl working the counters....she not only had to deal with irate and frustrated customers at both the window and inside, she was trying to keep the guys in the kitchen organized. This is a Saturday night at dinner time....where are the managers, where are the ones who know what they're doing and why are there such obviously inexperienced back staff?? Read moreSo this weekend I decided to stop for a quick bite with the family at Taco Bell in Wasaga Beach as my kids love Taco Bell. One of my favorite items is the nachos supreme. Of course i ended up paying extra for my nachos supreme as usual but prices have definitely gone up. Below is a picture of what i paid extra for. I could not believe my eyes when i opened the box. Spoke with the manager and said I think you guys forgot to put a little more toppings on this and she indicated that "this is how we serve it in Wasaga Beach" !!!! People around me started to complain on my behalf and a gentleman that was ordering even said that if that is what my fries supreme are going to look like than cancel my order. Taco Bell Canada HQ you folks really need to have a conversation with your franchise owners as they are getting very very stingy with customers. If you want to continue to have our business i highly recommend you start taking proper action. None of the food served at this place even remotely looked like the pictures on the wall. Read moreTerrible customer service. I asked this location if they still had the chili cheese burrito combo (this was through the drive thru). The employee didn't answer my question. Instead, I waited about a minute and a half of silence and was asked hard shell or soft shell. Confused, I did reply soft shell thinking that this might be a new employee. When I checked my meal, I see that I had chalupa's instead. Went in and said that this wasn't what I ordered and that I wanted the chili cheese burrito. The person that I talked to said that they don't have the chili cheese burrito and that since they heard it over the system and claimed that I confirmed the order twice (I didn't and have my dash camera to prove it), she wasn't going to do anything about it (technically, I hadn't even ordered as I asked a question and got no answer to). There was no room to change the order or anything, just a straight up no. The only thing they got right about my "order" was the chili cheese fries and drink. I don't think I'll return to...
