UPDATE: Hudsons, a lively tap house pub, delivers a dining experience that's a cut above the rest. From the moment you step in, you're greeted by a vibrant atmosphere that's as inviting as it is energetic.
The service is a true highlight here. Our waitress was a dynamo, her infectious energy and attentive nature enhancing our evening. She struck the perfect balance between professional and personable, making us feel both welcome and well cared for.
The menu is a hearty mix of pub classics and innovative dishes. The nachos are a standout, served in a generous portion that's perfect for sharing. While the yam fries were a touch on the salty side, they were still moreish. The power bowl, though not a standout, offers a healthier option for those so inclined. But the real star of the show? The tender dry ribs, a must-try for any meat lover.
After a less than stellar experience at The Cactus Club Cafe, Hudsons was a breath of fresh air. It's a testament to the fact that a great pub can deliver not just good food and drinks, but a memorable dining experience.

Food: Great value for the food quality and not only the wings even the menus items. Sweet potato fries are super tasty and crispy. The wings especially are really good. Well seasoned, juicy and a good amount of flavors.
Service: When we get service it's good, it is a little hard to flag down a server. It is nice to see what I believe is a manager going around on the floor helping customers out.

Had some initial issues with getting settled as we weren't aware of the minor policy. I understand this part and my issue with the service was not for this reason. Server was very cold and uninviting after this. It often felt like she was ignoring our table. Everytime we needed service at our table we had to flag her down. Ordered wings and beers at same time and wings arrived promptly but the beers took an additional 15 minutes to bring out with us only getting them after reminding her. Just generally felt like we're a major burden and by asking anything we were incoviencing her.
I was overcharged on my bill for a beer and I brought it up with the server, her response was "so what do you want me to do about it" i responded "I'd like to be refunded the 10$ for beer I was charged for" she turned and quickly walked away.
Another employee who I assume was the manager approached me about 10 minutes later insisting that the waitress had only charged what was ordered, and that one of the members of our group of four had been undercharged for a beer and suggested that I contact them to get a etransfer.
She claimed that this money would be deducted out of the waitresses pay I assume as a way to guilt me into being okay with being overcharged. As per section 254.1 the server would NOT be deducted the amount. I eventually got my refund but I really did not enjoy being lied to.

I guess she miss understood us and bought out an additional order of something and when we told her that there was a mistake and that we didnât order two of that items and she gave us attitude for something that wasnât our fault I mean there is a reason as to why you double check the order with your guest no? Not to mention we asked for dipping sauce and she didnât bring them out at all till all our food was out and she glanced all over the table as if i was trying to scam her or something. Not to mention when we asked for a box for our food she took well over 15 minutes and I understand that itâs a semi busy day and what not but 15 MINUTES IS RIDICULOUS in my opinion and then like 10 additional minutes for her to bring our bill and when she asked how we were planning on paying she also gave me MAD attitude when I told her we were splitting it I donât know how more clear you can be when you say youâre splitting the bill when everyone ordered their own things.
