JusFruit — Restaurant in West Jasper Place

I thought I shared my past experience with this place as now I’m planning on sharing more recent experience now. I seen this place a couple time, everytime I stayed at the West Edmonton Mall. What attracted me was there modern decor, look fresh & clean. I thought this time I try it out. Minus 1 star was there wasn’t much for me to select from, I wanted to try something different from normal bubble tea place. They did have some that are different but wasn’t as appealing to me at the time. So I ask the staff that was taking my order what Is popular? they told me the signature taro with pearls & avocado on there signature menu. I wasn’t going to order because I had this a couple of time I order & I don’t know if it just going to be the same as any other taro anywhere else. So I order it anyways & I have to say it was actually really good, creamy & you can’t find it anywhere else there boba was amazing so soft & had flavour which I love. I hate when boba are hard it ruin the whole drink I think. I feel they shouldn’t offer boba if they are hard or no taste but u see this so much more now a days. If they don’t care about making the boba right they don’t care about there reputation or what they are offering. Make me wonder if this is why some of the place eventually go out of business & new one keep popping up. I hope the next time I visit, I am planning to stop by to get a taro bubble tea again hopefully it going to taste same as the first...

This place seriously needs to add more staff to the two girls working there. It took well over 10 minutes for the girl to take my order. When I wanted to call her, she curtly and somehow rudely said to wait. After the order, I observed how they 6 the order. It's an obvious truth that wearing gloves does not mean hygiene on its own. They wear gloves, but they touch the utensils, the food, and everything else there with the sane gloves. I had ordered waffle ice cream, and they were touching my waffle with the sane gloves that they touch utensils and other areas in the store. One person has to be specifically put to take orders.

Went to pick up a drink on my break on November 15th and the person who helped me at the till was wonderful and kind. As I waited for my drink to the side of the till, I noticed that someone (I assume the owner?) was trying to "teach" the gentleman who helped me at the till make my order.

He was grabbing things out of his hands and scolding him for not doing things right while not even giving him the chance to learn. He audibly said to the employee "You drive me crazy. Just let me do it." while grabbing stuff out of his hands forcefully. The person teaching was beyond rude and it seemed like the employee was shut down. If he treats his employees like that in front of customers I can't imagine how he treats them when no one is around. I...
