Added comment: this is honestly just ridiculous now. This isn't the first time. I've called, I've left the previous review, and yet NOTHING seemed to have changed. How on earth do you forget the lettuce and tomato on a BELT?? IT'S IN THE NAME?? BACON, EGG, LETTUCE, TOMATO... Granted, we also should've checked better, but also, this is a business? We as consumers shouldn't have to constantly worry about the company itself or the staff ripping us off by not serving the items correctly. We shouldn't have to check if your employees are doing their job correctly.
Atmosphere and staff had been wonderful everytime we go, but food has been disappointing at worst and subpar at best. Not only are the bagels burnt most of the time that we've ordered, but there's barely any cream cheese and the orders are wrong more than half the time. The amount of times we've ordered BLTs and got the wrong order is ridiculous. The hashbrowns are either extremely crispy that it's almost rock hard, or extremely oily. Read moreWe get coffee and bagel every morning (around 5:00 am) on our way to work from this location . Most days, we’re really satisfied with our orders. There are times when the bagels are too hard to bite but that’s okay. Today, I’m quite disappointed that my bagel was overly burnt and they still served it to us. Unfortunately, it’s too bitter that’s why I had to just toss it out. I phoned in and the employee was apologetic and offered to replace it. Honestly, I did not call to get it replaced because they could have done that when we were there waiting for the order. I got that for breakfast to power start my work day. This may come across as an overreaction but my point is that, as an employee, part of the job is to ensure that whatever you provide to customers, be it customer service or product quality, should equal their money’s worth. Usually the staff are really good with communicating about your order if they are busy, however one morning I actually had to ask for a refund because I received my coffee but not my breakfast sandwich. I had waited a good 5 minutes, it WAS fairly busy. However one of the staff, Rumy had asked me if I was still waiting for something,I told her I needed my sandwich still. She didn't say anything else and tried to avoid eye contact until I asked for the manager to get a refund. I understand busy, I work retail so to have this person ignore me after asking that, felt disrespectful but hey, we are human and maybe it's her first job? Either way, Rumy could use some instruction on her customer service . Still going to be going here as it's the only Timmy's...
