I visited here on November 4th. I am impressed with this place. It's the first time I ever ate at a Wayback Burger, but I like trying new places every time I'm in town. This is my impression:

Clean facility - This was the very first impression I got when I walked in. The place is spotless, and you can see it right through, right into the kitchen. You can tell a lot about a business by how clean its bathrooms are, and this place has an immaculate bathroom.

Food Quality - I regret not getting a picture, but the food looked great. The presentation was typical of a burger restaurant, but the food itself looked exactly like the advertisements. I got a double bacon cheese burger and the wife got a hot crispy chicken sandwich, and we both loved it. Food was hot and fresh.

Atmosphere - The seating is comfortable. I preferred the bench seating as it has some cushioning. There's a TV quietly playing sports, which was also nice. Beats looking at the phone while waiting for food.

Staff - Very friendly and enthusiastic. This was jarring as most of the places I visit when I'm travelling tend to be chain fast food places and the staff barely react, so it was really nice to see people happy to interact with customers.

Prices - Decent. Comparable to chain fast food places nowadays, only you get fresh non-processed foods instead.

I’m not usually one to leave a bad review although in my opinion how is a place suppose to improve without honesty.

I’m a Burger lover, through and through. For me to spend almost $20 I expect a somewhat decent bang for my buck.

Took a bit for someone to take my order even though they weren’t busy. Waited for almost 15 minutes for my take out order. I watched ad they had 3 orders of sea salt chips sitting on the counter for the majority of the wait praying they weren’t mine. The gentleman that ordered 5minutes after me with a larger order then mine, I watched him get his order before me and was out the door(all I got was a double burger and chips). Finally my food came, when I asked why the other guy got his food before me she replied “that’s just how I ended up packing them” Not Impressed at all for a new burger spot to act.

When I got into my truck I took a chip to eat it, it was Cold, Blah. Was rushed to go back to work as it took so long. I ate my burger to my disappointment the bun and toppings outshone the meat which was undercooked with no seasoning.

Come On!!!! Way back gives you everything you need to be successful and this is what you do. So disappointed, maybe I’ll try again in a year once I start to see...
