Our group did a bar hop experience for my cousins bachelorette party last-night. We were having a blast!! We arrived here early on in the evening, so our group got to sit together at a booth. Unfortunately, the fog & dim club lighting made it almost impossible to notice the black step in front of the booths (on the ground behind the dance poles). Four of us (me included) ended up tripping & falling on the step that blended with the floor while we were settling in. Sadly, I actually ended up getting hurt the worst. Shoutout to the bartender Jack for getting some ice for the pain! I mentioned that a piece of caution tape/something to make the step visible should be there. I chatted with our bar hop coordinator about what happened and he agreed that a warning of some kind could help prevent the step from being such a hazard. ⚠️
