Absolutely appalling customer service, the worst in Whistler! Had 1 previous session for an injury and was taped up. The tape was done too tight and I had painful issues so came back in the following day and asked the receptionist if I could see someone to just adjust a piece as it was painfully uncomfortable! Was told to wait by the male receptionist and they would find someone when available shorlty but would update me this was at 1.45pm at 4 pm, when I was still not seen I requested again if someone was now available to check / adjust the tape and was told no and I couldnāt be seen until 6.30pm and I must now make an appointment, I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and was rudely yelled at by the French lady receptionist she was and any questions have to go to her, I asked for any other possible person to speak to, manger, supervisor or owner or contact number she handed me a business card and said this is my email and the contact number she answers, I said how do I speak to anyone else and she tried to snatch the card back from me and yelled ārudely once againā You donāt Iām the boss and said it was her or no oneā¦ā¦ even the customer waiting near me was shocked at her behaviour! absolutely the worst customer service from here!!! No wonder there is a āreceptionist wantedā as they need it! Very disappointed and will not be returning if I could give it 0...

The physiotherapist Jamie told me that the initial charge was wrong, that I was a visitor in Whistler, it should be charged additional $ 20 CAD. No body asked those info during my checking. So I am highly doubt there is such a policy there. The other reason that she decided to charge me more could be she felt she took care of two things at one visit, epicondylitis and plantar fasciitis. In reality, I told her the diagnosis. She spent 2 minutes on my feet.
If you want to go there, really be careful about the random questions during the visit, as they can use it as a proof of additional charge.

I've had the injury for many years and it has left me with chronic instability. I have managed to avoid surgery but it has always seriously restricted my activities. There is nothing at all like it on the market and having tried all sorts of alternatives to make do, I never found anything that hit the spot. I cannot tell you enough how fantastic it is to find something that works and is comfortable to wear. In fact I've just ordered a second one as a spare, because I don't ever want to risk being without it. It's such a shame more people don't know...
