My son, myself, brother in law, and 2 nephews came to Boston Pizza after Comic Con on Oct 29, 2023. We were sat and it took the waiter about 15 mins to see us. He took our order (blonde short hair in mid 20's ish). After that, we never once saw him again. He never looked at our table, never delivered our food, never once checked back to see how things were, never refilled our water and pop glasses, nothing. He would walk by, never look at us or anything. In fact he did that with all of his tables. We were there for about 1 hr and 20 mins and he never spoke to us after the initial food order. He did the same with all of his tables because we were all watching. He would take the order and then would never speak to any of his tables. Not sure how many he had, maybe 5 or 6 at the most. When I was a waiter during Jets games at the old arena at Chi Chi's, myself and a few other waiters or waitresses, would handle 15 plus tables each on our own and never miss a beat. It is called time management and doing your job. Clearly he could not. One of the tables beside us, got up to leave and had to track him down to pay, you could tell they were clearly not happy either. None of the staff on that night were helpful to any of the tables. Management was severely lacking, and not seen on the floor, the run staff or clean up staff never did their job as all the dishes on every table were never cleaned or picked up until after the customers had left. Another table was complaining to what looked like management (who was never seen that night) about the waiter in question. I had to ask him for the bill and he finally showed up. He said, sorry I wasn't round that much tonight. I said, you weren't around at all, he said fair enough, but I was busy. I said it wasn't that busy and you never once came and asked us how things were ort offered to refill our drinks, even though you walked past us several times and when we tried to flag you down, you turned your head from us and ignored us. He said fair enough. When my son's friend paid for their bill, they never left a tip (nor should they have). He looked at the young couple and crumpled up their bill and threw it on the table. he then gave me mine and I as well did not leave a tip, because he didn't deserve it or did anything to work for it. He looked at me and crumpled up his bill and put it in his pocket and never gave it back to me. He did the same thing from my brother in law. This waiter was rude and completely useless, as was the management who were never seen on the floor either, and never came to each and every table (like they should) and check in with the customers. They either need to get rid of every worker there and replace them with competent people who want to work, or bring in the head office and train each and everyone of them on how to do their job. It isn't a hard job. Lot of us did it for years to pay our way through university. I will never go back there. Boston Pizza is a massive rip off for the food you get, and the cost you pay for sub standard food. Pizza Pizza or Dominos is way better, better service and a fraction of the price. I am surprised you are still in business from the brutal customer service, sub standard food and brutally high prices for...

Read moreRecently I was part of a 3 person group who flew to Winnipeg for a work assignment. We all ate the same things untill dinner at this Boston pizza. I had a burger and fries, while the burger tasted good I lost a full day on assignment because I was pukeing said burger up all day. Other members of the team had nachos, which were reported as good, and a pizza which was reported as tasteing like a frozen grocery store pizza.
