Celly's Pizza — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Well I can beat the previous "too good to go" app review (that I wish I'd seen prior to using the app and paying for 2 mystery bags). Like the previous person I too had never been to Celly's but based on the pictures the food looked great so I decided to order 2 pizzas to pick up as well as the 2 mystery bags that I'd already ordered via the "Too good to go" app. I phoned the number listed for Celly's online, got a recording saying leave a message and someone would call me back asap. Left a message indicating the 2 pizzas I wanted and and that I'd like to coordinate picking them up along with the 2 mystery bags that I'd ordered, which are supposed to be PU between 6pm - 7pm per the "too good to go" app. No return call but I assumed, it being 5pm, that they might be busy. Drove there and arrived about 6:15pm. No cars in the parking lot in back which I thought strange but walked to the front door to see a "be right back" sign taped on the door (no date or time on the sign), locked door, no lights and no lights indicting any equipment was on either. Stood there in the rain looking around for a few minutes then left with no pizza, no mystery bags - nothing but wasted time and gas. Left a message on the Too Good to Go app advising the business was closed when I arrived and hoping to be reinbursed for the purchases I made but...

So ive never been to Celly's but i saw they recently were added on the "too good to go" app. So i thought id check them out. ... tood good to go is a suprise bag app, where restaurants give you a set value of food at a discount for getring an end of day suprise bag. I get there for my pick up of $25 worth of food... and the girl behind the counter first tells me its canceled, i look at my app, its not canceled. I show her. She says, "oh ya i talked to the owner, just take the left overs on display or get out. Up to you." There were 3 or maybe 4 small overcooked, dried out, little slices that didn't look like they looked good fresh. So i asked is that $25 worth of your food. She just laughs and says no. Take it or leave it. So i haven't been to all the pizza shops in the city. But ive been tona fair number. And this is by far, hands down the worst place ive ever walked into. Maybe it was just my experience. But i wont be back. Hope you turn things aroundnor it was just a bad night....

He is located across from my work so I have been trying out a little of everything and I keep coming back. The wings were perfect, the pizza us fresh and crispy, the nachos blew my mind today, the poutine was to die for.
