Joa Croffle — Restaurant in Winnipeg

March 2023 I had to come here to try a croffle, a cross between a croissant and a waffle. I wasn't expecting much and thinking that it is only a trend, and there wouldn't be any WOW. I was wrong. I ordered the basic one for $4.99. The bottom was like a crispy waffle with a scoop of vanilla ice cream drizzled with a maple caramel sauce, and topped with whipped cream. Yummy! The owner/employee packed up each item separately for me so that I could take it to the hotel. She was accommodating, and I am so glad that this was possible. She was so nice.
