This is the dirtiest beer store I have ever been to. The floor in the “lobby” area was covered in garbage, multiple dropped/fallen beer cans left in a sticky mess on the floor in the cooler, and more than a few very old/expired products on the shelves which had little to no organization. They also were not accepting empties when we were there. I didn’t have any to return but, from my understanding, it is illegal for a beer vendor in Manitoba not to take empties. Bad signage in the building. It’s hard to know it’s a beer store. So if you didn’t know that it was a beer store you would probably miss it. O

Customer service (middle aged man) basically followed me around the store (I’ve been there twice) I asked him to make a suggestion and he offered a economy domestic and said that was all he drank.

The staff is very friendly and the customer service from before no longer works there.

When pricing is controlled by the government your store competes with the Liquor Mart. The only thing you've got as a competitive advantage is service, knowledge and maybe product choice. I was not thrilled with the choice but the biggest disappointment was the growler bar. One beer on tap. That was all.
