What a lovely restaurant and atmosphere right in the heart of Santa Maria - Cape Verde 🇨🇻

I came across this restaurant online and from the reviews and the delicious menu I knew that I had to come visit! 😍

The welcome from Raquelle was so warm, attentive and friendly, she made sure we were okay from the start until the end of our visit ❤️🙏

The place - This is a fairly new restaurant 🤩 with a lot of light and a relaxing romantic ambience to it ( I was told that they are still upgrading the decor but to me, it was already very well equipped and nice inside and out )

To eat we had : BRUSCHETTA CARPACCIO GRANDE SPAGHETTI WITH SEAFOOD SPAGHETTI CARBONARA WATER WINE DOLCE AL MASCARPONE CREAM-CARAMEL COFFEE

The starters were good… I loved the bruschetta and the seafood pasta was delicious… the carbonara we found it a little heavy on the pallet but was enjoyable.

The cream caramel 😍🤤❤️ creamy, well done and just the right sweetness for me and the mascarpone was nice too but I only had a little 😜😅

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I can only leave a positive review. First of all, I have to emphasize the attentiveness and kindness of the staff: from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and escorted to our table with courtesy. During the evening, the service was impeccable: the waiters were always available for any request and made us feel really pampered.

But let's talk about the dishes: the quality of the ingredients is definitely the strength of this restaurant. We tasted several dishes, all prepared with care and skill by the chef. In particular, our second course - a roast beef - was simply delicious: the meat was tender and flavorful, and the baked potato side was perfect. The presentation of the dishes was also very careful, a pleasure...

This place really has some of the best food on the island. The chef really loves his food, you can taste it! It’s a super relaxed place. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Great wines, good bar selection. From the moment we arrived we were looked after incredibly well. Chef Giorgio even came to ask if we had any questions about the food, ingredients or how it’s prepared. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Lots more people should visit here. But not so many that I can’t get a table! Well done all, had a great evening....
