The view is not 360°, if you want to get a good photograph, it is recommended to make a reservation to have a better view next to the window, hopefully at sunset, at night it is not possible to see well due to the reflection of the light in the windows. Due to the capacity of the tables on the edge of the windows, I consider that it is ideal for couples, it also has tables with greater capacity. As this bar is located in a hotel you can find all kinds of visitors, even strollers with babies. This opinion is based on the fact that I had higher expectations...

Nice rooftop with pretty ambience especially when it's dark. The lightings are nice but I can't understand why they ruined the view by setting so high glass wall around the rooftop

Addition 2022: One thing that hasn't improved here, service is rude at best and everything takes so God damn long. No one bothers to ask if you need anything and one person doesn't know what others are doing.

Pero de nada sirve tener ese espacio si la atención al cliente y servicio son malos. Llegamos a las 21:10 para un cumpleaños, y el trago que pedimos llegó a las 22:15 (1 ramazzoti y 1 pisco sour). Para que te atiendan, hay que pedir por favor! Era 1 mesero solamente y nunca estaba. Cuando venía a nuestra mesa decía: tienen que pedir todas ahora mismo. Luego nos aventuramos a la segunda ronda de tragos… 40min más de espera, tener que pedir por favor que nos atiendan. La excusa? “Se acabó la luz”, “no hay personal”, “estoy sólo”, “hubo un problema en la cocina”…

A la hora de pagar la cuenta, sólo se aceptaban 2 tarjetas. Luego de conversar, dijeron que por todo el mal rato podríamos pagar por separado pero tendríamos que esperar que él cerrara las demás mesas. Ok, esperamos. Pagamos todas, y cuando la última persona fue cancelar la diferencia, decía que faltaban más de 100 mil. Pedimos que rehicieras la cuenta, y luego dijo que ya había hecho 2 veces! Solicitamos que sumara todo una vez más y cuadró el monto.

Creo que si quieren sacar provecho del lindo lugar que tienen, deben invertir en una buena atención al cliente. Sin clientes no hay bar.

El precio es excesivo, mínimo 7mil un trago chico. Pero por la vista y experiencia uno paga.
