Luna Bar - Hotel AC — Restaurant in Providencia

I went on two separate nights. On the first night to catch the sunset and it was amazing! We ordered off the zodiac menu, and I had the Capricorn. It was so0o0 good and very gingery. The next night I went with a bigger group and because it was raining we couldn't make it to the rooftop and was seated inside. They were kind enough to seat us in another section and opened up the space, and played music in our section. They had a jazz themed menu that night. I ordered the Nina Simone, and another person ordered the Dizzy Guillispe from that menu. My Nina was very sweet. The crew was a little upset that they wouldn't separate all the bills and only took 3 cards from a group of 8. 🤷🏾‍♀️ lol I was not. I had a get together at the Luna Bar and I paid extra to get a separate spot. Food and drinks were excellent plus the view. The only thing I didn't like at the restaurant is that they are not very accommodating or trying to go the extra mile to make their customers happy. I had ordered 9 shots and they were taking very long, turns out one of my friends couldn't drink alcohol so I asked the waiter to please bring instead only 8 shots, something about 10 minutes later he came back (empty handed) to say that they couldn't reduce the order because they were already made... Well, if they were made why were they not at the table or on his tray? This kind of techniques they use to make your bill higher without being accommodating is what keep people from...

Nuestra experiencia en Luna Bar fue extremadamente frustrante y demostró una terrible falta de organización y respeto hacia los clientes.

Al llegar, la recepcionista nos indicó que esperáramos en otra área del hotel donde también servían bebidas, asegurando que nos llamarían. El problema es que ni siquiera se molestó en anotar nuestro nombre. Mientras esperábamos, vimos cómo numerosas personas que llegaron después de nosotros se acercaban a ella, eran añadidas a una lista de espera y finalmente entraban.

Cuando nos acercamos para preguntar por nuestro turno, descubrimos que ella ya tenía una lista completa de la que, por supuesto, no formábamos parte. Nos informó que ya no era posible entrar. Fue increíblemente irrespetuoso ver cómo nos ignoraron por completo mientras otros que llegaron más tarde entraban antes que nosotros.

Esta pésima gestión arruinó nuestra noche. Nos sentimos engañados y totalmente despreciados. Nunca más volveremos y no recomendamos este lugar a nadie que valore un buen servicio.

[Our experience at Luna Bar was incredibly frustrating and showed a complete lack of organization and respect for guests.

Upon arrival, the hostess told us to wait in another area of the hotel that also served drinks, implying that we would be called. The critical issue is that she never even bothered to take our name for a waiting list. While we waited, we watched as numerous groups who arrived after us approached her, got their names on a list, and were eventually seated.

When we finally went back to ask about our turn, we found she had a full list that, of course, our name was not on. She then informed us that it was no longer possible for us to get in. It was completely disrespectful to be brushed aside while people who arrived much later than us were welcomed inside.

This terrible management ruined our evening. We felt misled and completely disregarded. We will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone who values good...
