Normandie exceeded every expectation I had prior to walking through the door.

As a lover of France (Paris in particular), I was searching for delicious pâté, escargots, and all around great French food. I ended up getting the tuna tartare (out of this world -- photo attached) and the duck confit (photo attached) -- both gorgeous dishes. The house wine was also quite delicious (Carménère).

I must say that I have never experienced such a welcome in a restaurant here in Chile. I travel alone and do not often receive the greeting I did there. The staff were SO incredibly kind and caring. This -- in addition to the food and ambiance (adorable!) -- is what is going to make this my second home for the next few months. I felt so welcomed and cared for. Everyone had a smile and it was clear they all loved their jobs and each other -- they shared in all aspects of working at Normandie with ease and joy.

This is an authentic bistro style French restaurant that has a nice variety of French/European menu items, an impressive wine selection, desserts and coffees. I had the French onion soup as a starter, the gnocchi with foie gras sauce, a fresh lemonade and cafe americano. Patrons of the restaurant receive a complimentary portion of foie gras with toasted bread shortly after ordering. All the items were delicious. The service staff were all friendly, professional and understood some English. The menu is accessible using one's smart phone from a barcode and is available in English. The restaurant has a nice decor with plenty of woodwork reminiscent of a French bistro. The ambiance is casual, relaxed and comfortable. There is both indoor and outdoor seating available. I highly recommend this place to those that enjoy delicious authentic French comfort food served by courteous staff in a cozy...

Horrible . Soy Frances. This restaurant is not french food at all . Magret de canard wasn't cook and even after been cook a bit more the duck taste was only in the fat and you feel way to much the water from it defrost time, you could believe was beef if didn't ask .. :( confit de canard was eatable. But the potatoes and salad wasn't good . Expect something else from a French restaurant at list regular product. So many good product in Chile and i have no idea how can they make so bad food.. For quarter of the price they are way better fast food...
