I recently had the pleasure of dining at resto and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The service was impeccable, with our waiter being attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.

We enjoyed a fantastic selection of seafood, including sea urchins, oysters, a delicious seafood soup, and perfectly seared scallops. Every dish was beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. The seafood was incredibly fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced.

Though not on the top 10 when I googled 'best seafood restaurant in Santiago', Squella deserves one of the best comparing with my dining experience in Hong Kong, Sydney, Bacelona and London where good seafood is famous. A cozy rooftop dining area with slight sunset view and nice breeze, and beautifully chosen music provide guests with a pleasant atmosphere. We chose octopus, crab cake and grilled lobster. All are fresh, well marinated and skillfully cooked. Hassen served us in a friendly , professional and patient way. (Our coummication via translation app makes great fun).
