Food was good but the service was TERRIBLE. For a nice restaurant, the service should be much better than it is. First, when we walked in nobody greeted us for several minutes. We had to approach a waiter and ask for a table. Then, once seated, a female server came to the table asking “quieren algo?” We responded that yes, we wanted to order and she just turned and walked away. A minute later a male server came to the table and took our order, but didn’t ask two members of our group how they wanted their eggs nor which agregados they wanted. Then, some of our food was served before we got our juices and coffees. The coffee was cold. Dishes were set on the table without any concern for who had ordered it. For example, my boyfriend ordered coffee with lactose-free milk, but when the coffees were finally served, they were set on the table all together on one end of the table, without any mention of which one was lactose-free. The food and drinks for the child in our group were served after all the other food/drinks. All the employees seem to hate their jobs. They just seemed miserable. And, this isn’t as important as the service, but there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom. I wouldn’t return. There’s a much better place down the road which has a similar name and almost the same menu, but their service is 100...
Read moreThis place is a must try in Santiago. Made fresh daily bakery with a good selection of baked goods to go along with a unique menu. When traveling we rarely visit the same restaurants twice, but this place we went to multiple times. We tried a selection of their fresh breads, including their Pain Au Chocolate, fresh croissants, and a handful of menu items like Croque Monsieur, and Croque Madame, along with one of their fresh salads. Presentation and taste were very memorable: wish we would have allowed ourselves more time to take photos of everything, but it was so delicious we forgot. Couldn’t recommend a better bakery in the area. Parking is atrocious however, so plan ahead...
Read moreThe food was good. The service was TERRIBLE. Very rude waiter had no pacience with us trying to speak spanish (our spanish is pretty ok and we had no problem at all in any of the places we've been while in Chile for 2 weeks). I ordered a raspberry juice and they were out of It, so they brought me a strawberry juice without even letting me know or asking if I wanted It. When I told the waiter the order was wrong, she was VERY rude. My husband ordered a sweet croissant that never came and they even tried to charge for it. Worst service we've had in the...
