The Fried Noodles were an absolute delight. The noodles were perfectly cooked, maintaining a delightful chewiness. The dish was expertly seasoned with a harmonious blend of savory and slightly sweet flavors, leaving me craving for more with each bite.

The Dim Sum, specifically the Siu Mai, was a true highlight of the meal. These delicate bite-sized dumplings were a sight to behold, with their intricately pleated wrappers encasing a flavorful mixture of minced pork and shrimp. Each Siu Mai was tender, juicy, and bursting with a balanced combination of umami from the meat and the subtle sweetness of the shrimp.

The Fried Vegetables were a delightful addition to the table that was expertly stir-fried to perfection. The vegetables retained their natural crispiness, and the dish was seasoned with just the right amount of garlic and ginger, allowing the inherent flavors of the vegetables to shine through. It was a refreshing and healthful contrast to the other rich dishes, adding a well-rounded dimension...

The Chicken got too much oil compare to the other Cantonese dishes, and the meat has any flavors... The sharing platter is nice. Not recommended for the seafood. The crab is not fat, seems like keep too long but very few ordering. Vegetables ok. Went there Nov 2024, don't really remember the taste of claypot then should be just normal taste.

Well, the waitress is tooooooo kind and might feel that we wish to take very heavy seafood then keeps recommend very high class ones but we are just here for a normal dinner and need go casino and...

We had several classic dishes at this elegant Chinese restaurant ('Pang's Kitchen) - all well cooked and delicious with very fresh ingredients. Had winter melon soup, steamed Red spotted garoupa, poached Chicken with dried scallop, hot pot prawns with vermicelli, chili deep-fried squid. All perfectly prepared and our waitress Anna was super attentive, as well as Robert the manager. Prices reasonable for a high end Hotel establishment. Highly...
