If I could give Hip Seng 10 stars, I would… and then I’d probably ask for another round of prawns.

This place isn’t just a hotpot spot—it’s a full-blown flavor festival. I walked in expecting dinner. I walked out questioning every other hotpot I’ve ever had in my life. The seafood was so fresh I swear one of the clams blinked at me. The broths? Magical. Like someone whispered ancient culinary secrets into the pot.

The staff are so on point, it’s like they were trained by a Michelin-starred ninja. I barely had to lift a finger—unless it was to dip more wagyu into that bubbling broth of happiness.
