I had a wonderful stay at The Parisian Macao. The French-themed decor and replica Eiffel Tower really make the place feel unique and luxurious. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the Cotai Strip. I especially appreciated the family-friendly facilities and the variety of dining options on-site. Check-in was a bit slow during peak hours, but the staff were polite and professional. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re visiting Macau for both leisure and sightseeing. Would definitely come back!
The Parisian Macao is one of the most visually impressive and unique hotels I’ve stayed at in Macau. From the moment you arrive, the grand entrance and Eiffel Tower replica set the tone for a luxurious and immersive experience. The design is elegant and thoughtfully themed, giving off a strong Parisian vibe that’s consistent throughout the property—from the lobby to the shopping arcade.
Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with classic European touches. The view from our window included a partial view of the Eiffel Tower, which was especially stunning at night when the lights came on. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped with premium amenities. Housekeeping was consistent and efficient throughout the stay.
We dined at Le Buffet and Brasserie and were genuinely impressed by both the quality and variety of food. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a good mix of Western and Asian choices. Staff at the restaurants were polite and attentive, making the dining experience even more pleasant.
The hotel is massive, so getting around can be a little overwhelming at first, but signage is clear and helpful. The location on the Cotai Strip is ideal—everything from entertainment to shopping and other major resorts is within walking distance. The complimentary shuttle bus service is also a huge plus, making it easy to get to and from the ferry terminal and airport.
There were a few downsides: the check-in process was quite slow, and we had to wait in line for about 30 minutes despite arriving in the early afternoon. The front desk staff were courteous but seemed a bit overwhelmed. Also, while most of the service was excellent, we did encounter a few moments where staff seemed unsure or not very responsive to questions. Additionally, the lighting in the room was a bit dim, which might not be ideal for everyone.
That said, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall experience. The Parisian Macao offers great value for a luxury stay, especially for families and couples. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Macau and looking for a memorable and stylish place to stay. I’ll definitely be back...
Read moreCopy of my previous review as the location insisted on not letting me correct my booking. Therefore, I had two separate booking stays. They did let me combine them into one room once I got to the location though:This is a good hotel room for the price. The room itself was very nice. The service was good, but there were some minor inconveniences. The hotel, casino, and shopping were fine. I don't ding the hotel for this, but the casino is not great (and most casinos in Macau are just low quality).I ordered room service here which was good, but it was awkward ordering it. I am pretty sure one of the few phones in my room didn't actually work. I had to go around until I got the right one, and the "room service" speed dial button I think actually just called the front desk. Regardless, they patched me through. Ordering room service was easy enough, just said what I wanted. However, they couldn't charge the bill to my room and I had to pay once it got to my door. I insisted to just pay in cash but they said they could bring the card machine to the room as well. Sort of on the higher end of the price, but for the convenience and the quality of food, at 1am, it seemed fine. Some of the items were a little confusing...I saw "shrimp cocktail" or something like that and I expected shrimp with sauce in a cocktail glass but got more of a shrimp salad. Still good, but I think maybe there was a small translation error on the menu/what Americans would at least expect. I appreciated the fact that I could just push the dishes out into the hall and push a button for them to be retrieved. This made it convenient for me to just immediately go to bed afterwards. The location is a little far from the actual main area of Macau, but the hotel offers various amount of transportation services. Check in was slow despite having an absolute fleet of check-in staff. This is probably the longest check-in process out of any hotel I have been to. I am not sure why? It was mostly the staff making phone calls and clicking on their computer. Their slow process time made a large check-in line. This could easily be improved I think. Express checkout was convenient, just put your keycard in the drop off boxes throughout the hotel halls. I am pretty sure that my Trip.com booking included tickets to the tower and to their special attractions and such, but the check in lady did not mention this at all. I think that was a mistake on their part and they overlooked it in my booking. I also wanted to actually rebook and upgrade my booking but they have a strict no refund and no cancellation policy, which frankly just made them lose business. They definitely could do...
