Perched on the 40th floor of W Macau – Studio City, DIVA is a restaurant that lives up to its name—bold, glamorous, and unapologetically luxe. With sweeping views of the Cotai Strip, it sets the scene for a modern Cantonese dining experience that’s not only refined but also cinematic in every way.
The interior is stunning: inspired by the golden age of silver screen divas and infused with Art Deco flair. Think mirrored surfaces, rich tones, dramatic lighting, and sensuous curves—every detail feels like a tribute to iconic movie goddesses and the bold confidence they exude.
The food? Elevated yet rooted in tradition, with modern finesse and thoughtful touches. I had: • Crispy Fried Pigeon – perfectly executed with golden, paper-thin skin and juicy meat. A luxurious, nostalgic dish that hits all the right notes. • DIVA Signature Fried Rice – loaded with shrimp, scallops, and sakura shrimps. Fragrant, textured, and beautifully balanced—an elevated take on a classic. • Marinated Babylon Shell with Wasabi Sauce – chilled and delicately spiced, with just the right amount of wasabi kick to wake up the palate. A refined, refreshing starter.
To pair, I had a glass of 2022 Domaine Naturaliste “Floris” Chardonnay from Margaret River—crisp, elegant, and subtly oaky. It matched the seafood and delicate flavors beautifully without overpowering the dishes.
The overall experience at DIVA feels like dining on a glamorous movie set—dramatic, indulgent, and full of personality. Perfect for a special night out or as the highlight dinner of your W Macau stay. And once dinner wraps, heading to Blind Tiger for a post-meal cocktail makes it even more...
Read moreI want to extend my apologies to the amazing service team at Diva for the delay in sharing our positive experiences from our multiple dining visits last July.
From the moment we stepped inside, we were enchanted by the elegant interior that truly reflects the essence of Diva. It’s rare to find a restaurant that not only keeps pace with breathtaking designs but also delivers outstanding food quality. The taste, presentation, and, most importantly, the inspired service we received consistently made our visits memorable.
A special shoutout is due to Jacko❤️, Simon❤️, Christine❤️, Betty❤️, and Amanda❤️. They were the highlights of our dining experiences, making us feel welcomed and valued every single time. We enjoyed our meals so much that we found ourselves returning three times in just three days!😄😄😄
During our visits, we had the pleasure of tasting dishes crafted by the former head chef, Edden Yap from Malaysia, before the menu transitioned with the introduction of the new head chef. Each dish was a testament to culinary excellence, and we appreciated the opportunity to experience such high-quality cuisine.
In summary, Diva Macau is a remarkable dining destination that combines a stunning atmosphere with exceptional service and delicious food. We can't wait to...
Read moreWe had dinner at Diva as it was late and we didn’t want to go out of the hotel. The experience was so good that we decided to return for the dim sum lunch on another day of our trip. The flavours were traditionally Cantonese but cooked and presented with updated twists. We enjoyed every dish and in particular the ribs was the best we’ve ever had. Service was...
