Spotlight 星滙餐廳 — Restaurant in Cotai Landfill Zone

The 3 of us visited the Spotlight Studio City buffet for lunch in Nov24! We booked through the Klook app (with discount) and it only cost £30 per person (I.e. HKD $300). What can I say? It was perfect in every way! First of all, the booking was handy; it wasn't expensive; the food quality & the variety of choices were excellent; the staffs were attentive as they made us feel welcome & the customer service was excellent throughout (our lunch); the venue was spacious, posh & it's just simply fantastic - it has lots of space between tables & the buffet counters were nicely planned out & not congested at all; we were given the sofa seat & it was so comfy, to the extent that we all felt reluctant to leave at the end! Despite it didn't have lobster or oyster (as it's unreasonable to expect these for HKD $300), but it has roasted beef & chicken. Everything we ate was delicious as its hard to find any criticism! My personal favourites were all kind of roasted meat, plus my favourite salmon & tuna sashimi, soups, dim sums & their desserts...etc. There were 3 of us & we all loved it! It was the best & the most value for money meal we had during our 17 days in HK & Macau! In HK, it was impossible to find a buffet as good & as cheap as the Spotlight buffet! 100%...

There were numerous choices, including refreshing Thai milk tea, mango sticky rice, and coconut ice cream. The meats were prepared with a zesty touch of lime juice, enhancing the overall Thai flavor profile.

In terms of value for money, this restaurant is hard to beat. The quality and variety of food make it an excellent choice for buffet lovers. However, the dessert selection was a bit disappointing. There were limited options, and the cakes didn't quite live up to expectations.

Overall, I highly recommend this buffet for its fresh seafood and vibrant Thai dishes, but be prepared for a less impressive...

"I recently visited Spotlight Restaurant in Macau for their buffet, and I was thoroughly impressed! What stood out the most was the quality of the food. Even though it was a buffet, every dish tasted fresh and was prepared with care. The chefs kept the counters well-stocked, and nothing sat out too long, which I really appreciated.
